Pathetic service! Was the only customer in the store that 2 ladies who work here had to attend. However, they were busy chit chatting and counting bills. Both of them saw me waiting, still continued with their catch up at work. Then a gentleman came in as well for a cup of coffee and I was told I'll be helped after helping him. Highly unprofessional and poor customer service. I had to wait for 15 mins before they could get me 2 scoops of ice-cream and prepackaged pint to go! Would not recommend this place.

I came in for ice cream with gummies bears and got a cup of ice cream m&ms in return and once it was changed I received a ice cream cup with 6 gummy bears on top and with m&ms remaining inside and all the gummy bears ended up falling off vs my brother who got a full cup of gummy bears in his ice cream. My visit to dunkin was by an inexperienced worker with an attitude towards being corrected for her actions.

Place is small, floor is filthy, employees are slow, rude and all talking amongst themselves in their language. I had to ask for a bag and before I can open the bag the employee was already ringing the next customer up while I'm putting the ice cream cake in the bag. No wonder that store is always hiring. The company really needs to evaluate the place and it's staff. I wouldn't recommend going to that location sad to say.
