Jamba Juice

The last time I visited this location, an incorrect smoothie was made for my sibling with special needs (all that they can eat at this time). The staff was less than accommodating, and was rude and disrespectful when addressed about it (witnessed). I am writing this review today because I happened to have heard about the last experience my family encountered at this location, and I feel it needs to be addressed before more customers are lost. Being a person with a customer service background and who has respect for all people regardless of disability, race, color, gender..., even the most difficult customer deserves the highest level of customer service and respect. When I hear that a customer is hushed, is treated poorly, and has a bad experience, it reflects directly on the staff at that location and the owner. Other Jamba Juice locations visited, not a problem. The best smiles and brief conversations are shared. The staff at this location breaks my heart and I wish my family and other quality families don't get treated the same way in the future. Always room for improvement and to be better people to the communities we serve.

The employees and the manager at this location are lazy almost anytime of the day for past 6 months I have been going to this location to ask for fresh juice after my.jog... but I get the same answer that their machine is broken. Fresh juicer requires frequent cleaning and up keep and thier employees avoid the hassle of operating it. I confronted the manager once and caught her lie few times...this time I am.going to corporate. This jamba juice location is limited to only a ice down smoothy place for months now.

Smiles start to finish. Military discount, loved my service puppy Bella, super clean (immaculate!)interior, including the bathroom. I only washed my hands in the john, but noticed the spotless floors, toilet, fully stocked everything. Clean scent. Drinks were energizing and I felt great for hours after. I literally tipped the exact amount I paid because I was so impressed. Amazing experience.

I love Jamba Juice in general. I was out of town for the day and stopped in for a smoothie for my drive home. It was the end of the day and I had mistakenly ordered the wrong smoothie. One of the employees saw me grimace when I took my first sip and realized MY error. He asked me if there was something wrong and I apologized and explained that the smoothie was fine, and that I had ordered the wrong thing. He asked if I wanted a new one and I said no, it's ok. I ordered the wrong one, I'll just drink this one. But hey said he'd be happy to make the new one, to make sure I got the smoothie I actually wanted. Seriously, what amazing customer care! I've seen stores do this kind of thing for regulars, but for someone who's never been there before....just wow!

More often than not, this Jamba crushes it and never disappoints. Their smoothies are always on point and the service knocks it out of the park but recently, I’ve tried to get smoothies around closing time and they are always closed early. The sign is off and the doors are locked. I understand once and a while but it’s been a frequent occurrence. It is frustrating to say the least.
