Starbucks

I had placed a mobile order 32 minutes before they closed. My husband got stuck in traffic so he couldn’t be on time before they closed to pick it up. He showed up maybe 10-15 minutes after they closed. I’m sure that they had thrown out the drink by then. The issue was that the girl refused to even open the window to talk to my husband and just tell him that they had thrown out the drink and wouldn’t be able to make it again. Instead she just decided to yell at my husband through the window 😒🤦🏻‍♀️ And just be very rude in general. The situation could have gone better. She could have just opened the window and tell my husband to come back the next day and that she’d leave a note so the next shift knew. Is what I would’ve done. I don’t usually have any issues or bad customer service when I visit any Starbucks except for the one on the Palm beach lakes outlet mall. This is a good location so I’m very disappointed.

This Starbucks can be hit or miss. The majority of the time the staff is friendly and courteous. About half of the time there is a longer than acceptable wait in the drive through line. I would also say about a third of the time the order is wrong and/or something is missing. The staff always tries to fix or resolve the issue either that day or on a subsequent visit. I only use this location if I must and/or I’m passing it. Make sure to check your order before leaving, especially if it’s a larger order (which mine tend to be as I am ordering for the family).

I am stop by here to get my coffee at least 5 time a week. The employee really nice but sometimes they forgot my drink like the other day, I stand there to watch the lady put my cup there at the cold brew but didn't fill it, it was left there for more than 10 min. I understand they was so busy so I didn't disturb and just stand there to watch.

I love this location because the baristas are amazing !!! I come here frequently and I send my husband here as well to get my drinks ! However , there’s a particular lady at the drive thru by the name Of Kayla!! She is extremely rude & lacks customer service. I would hate to have to start recording the interactions or taking my concerns to corporate. As long as I don’t have to deal with her again, this location is the best!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over a year now and each time I walk in I get a hearty good morning Mrs. Trish and my order is always ready and Hot and very tasteful the girls and guys that work there are the top of the top if something is not right they will fix it right away they got the best service out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to for the last seven years I’ve been going hats off to them
