Pleasantly surprised by Burgers, tacos, wings. Great fresh food, quick service, lots of choices. The burgers were great, good beefy taste. While you have more topping choice at say 5 Guys. Those other places don't have excellent salads. Best fast food salad we've ever had. There were lots of stuff besides fresh, not packaged lettuce. We didn't have wings but there are dozens of sauces. Family friendly and daily specials, something for everyone. 5 stars for bringing something simple but unique to the fast food / casual dining sector.

Pretty good. The double burger was a ton a meat, with a crispy yet juicy outer texture. I also tried the fish and chips taco. Its was good but I feel like the chips should be optional on the side. Even in a restaurant, the chips are a side dish. I'd rather taste a fried fish taco with tarter sauce with fries on the side. The fries had too much salt and overwhelmed the flavor. Still, 10/10.

This location is relatively new. The dining room is larger than expected, and the drive thru, while nice, might not be time sensitive. Beer selection is okay, shake selection is excellent, and they have plenty of sauces to try times over. The chicken is their main point of focus, but the burgers and tacos aren't terrible at all. It gets busy at lunchtime with the okeechobee work crowd, but they handle the rush timely and with quality. Definitely a good place to hit up for lunch or a quick to go meal.

Great customer service (Thanks to Carlos and his team) and the burgers are delicious! The atmosphere is similar to that of Five Guys. Prices range from $5-$25 so pretty reasonable the only concern would be the taco portions. Not worth the price in my honest opinion. Other than that definitely would recommend to friends.

Having been to the other BTW in Royal Palm I was looking forward to loving this place even more so but unfortunately I was unimpressed... I came in for lunch and had a burger with Mexican street corn. The burger was undercooked. Still some pink on the inside while the corn was overcooked although the cream on top was good the corn was dry...If I would have stayed and ate there I would have returned the food. Not impressed at all... I will say the front staff was very friendly and welcoming but was surprised by who I assumed to be a manager was not professional in the way he spoke and treated his staff. He seemed to belittle and talk harsh to the staff on post... I who work for Human Resource know this is not the professional way to handle your staff. Again NOT impressed at all. I'm sorry to say but I am more impressed with the Royal Palm store than I was with this store.
