Wendy's

Costumer service is horrendous! Wendys is supposed to be a fast food restaurant and it takes them 30 minutes to answer drive-thru . I would understand if there isn’t enough employees working but at least be polite and tell your customers something for example ( can you please give us a minute as we are short staffed and your order will take a while thank you ) but no they don’t say anything , this is just lack of respect . Also when I finally place my order after a whole 30 minutes they don’t have what I want Caesar salad . In conclusion I don’t recommend this location managers really need to be attentive to the costumer service that their employees are giving this is unacceptable.

Wan-na is completely unprofessional letting people that smell like straight weed into the store and throwing things around instead of getting my order figured out, couldn't give me a substitute for the sandwich they didn't have. Told me to wait out front because I ordered on mobile. Then never came out! Also said she contacted her gm, you never contacted your general manager you were to busy flirted with your weed friends in the lobby after hours. It's not that hard to just substitute a sandwich or give me a refund after I've been here for more than 30 minutes. Thank you for wasting my time.

Someone needs to report this store it's horrible to the point where you would think that the place is closed youll have to wait for a long period of time before they take your order there's a bunch of young kids that works there with no supervision whatsoever you see how i say *supervision* It's like they have you waiting in line to see if you're gonna leave that's how long they have you waiting. never experience anything like that except this Wendy's.... If you're hungry or on a time schedule you'd better bypass this place... I warned u....

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS. But like many other reviews nobody talks over the speaker for 15 mins at least which isn’t the issue here, the issue being they don’t get paid enough to care about whether or not someone’s waiting in line. They should atleast tell you that it’s going go take a while instead of making you wait forever at the order machine. Should be closed down due to the horrendous staffing they have here. me and another car drove off after waiting for 15 mins

Avoid this lousy place at all costs ! nasty people exist there, 20 minutes in drive through causes to enter into building, just to wait another 20 minutes of hearing disgusting individuals cursing. Who do not pay attention to the order that was placed online!!!! An hour before, and nobody at all contacts you back when you place a complaint through email or calls. Never going there again, Wendy's used to be a great family restaurant.
