Babicakes

Babicakes has been the only bakery I have used to cater any of my events! They are timely, professional and a joy to work with. They catered my wedding this past May in Charlotte NC. While we had enough for there to be amble leftover after our 200 guest ate, there was not even a wrapper left over. From the monogramed shot glasses that they had made for the wedding to the personalized flavors it was everything one could imagine. My wedding guests are still asking "who made the desserts". If I could give more stars I would!

Main cake was a disaster. I did my research for a cake designer for my daughter's 1st birthday. I saw this place has 5 stars rating and many positive comments. I decided to give it a try. I was left disappointed on the day of the event. Cake was delivered 1 hour and 30 minutes late of the event time. Cake wasn't pretty: cake was leaning on the side and white frosting was showing outside of the pink color. I requested light pink and didn't get the color I wanted. Even though, the owner was very nice trying to fix this by giving me discounts and refunded 25% back, but I couldn't undo the party to find another cake designer. I feel her work was very amateur. Giving 2 stars for her kindness.

I used BabiCakes for the first time for my daughter's Birthday Party. Kerry went above and beyond in reaching out to help me plan the perfect and incredibly unique cake. In addition to being beautiful, it was delicious! The finished product was a decadent 5(?) layer extravaganza that elevated the evening. Kerry hand delivered it and insured it was to my satisfaction. It certainly was! I will use BabiCakes any time a special occasion calls for a special cake. Thank you for your beautiful work!

Last Mother's Day I got my 96 year old grandma an assortment of what she said were the most delicious chocolate cupcakes ever. Believe me, that's a lot of cupcake competition to win! So of course this year, I called Kerry again to give my grandma another special treat. Of course Kerry remembered and her warm, personal attention are so appreciated. First, she spent as much time as I needed to help me make a great choice. Then, she was more than happy to call my mom to choose a good day and time the delivery. This time Kerry delivered a dozen beautiful, assorted cupcakes - spelling out a personalized message - and surrounding a chocolate cake heart which said Happy Mothers Day. My grandma says she is so nice, my mother said they were a work of art, and my grandma's bridge club were in heaven. And the price? When I got the invoice I thought, "that's all? Seriously?" I guess my only regret is that I wasn't there :)! Hey, I know how to play bridge. Well, maybe next year! Kerry, thanks again for being so good at your job!

I can't say enough good about Kerri & Babicakes. I was looking for a dairy free treat to send my cousin for her birthday. I stumbled on her company online which had great reviews and vegan options, an option which many offer but is really hard to perfect. She's got it down! My cousin absolutely loved the cupcakes I sent her and will be back for more. I can only imagine what her non-vegan treats must taste like. I would recommend Babicakes to anyone in the West Palm area looking for the perfect cake, cupcake or treat! So many more unique combinations and flavors we want to try next :-) Customer service was excellent too! Thank you Kerri!

Now, personally, i'm not one who goes super crazy over desserts. When i go to restaurants, normally i skip dessert. And to be honest, many weddings that i have been to have had some incredible looking cakes displayed, but when you taste it, it's the blandest ever. HOWEVER, BabiCakes is TRULY the exception to the rule. BabiCakes must be made with love and joy and light and all things amazing, because listen. These desserts are ASTRONOMICALLY beyond amazing... you are doing yourself A HUGE DISSERVICE by not trying it! I wish i had a favorite, but all of them that i tried was incredible. this is NOT a drill. Please try this!! and tell a friend! and the CUSTOMER SERVICE from Kerry is second to none! this has been a phenomenal experience.

This was my first time ordering from BabiCakes and I will definitely be back!! I wanted to surprise my wife with her very first birthday cake ever, so I contacted BabiCakes via Instagram (@BabiCakesWPB). Kerry took the time to listen to my very basic cake idea lol. Then she took what I said, added her decorative genius and the result was phenomenal! Additionally, my wife loved it! Thank you so much!
