The Honey Baked Ham Company

This is like having a fresh honey baked ham in your refrigerator. The sandwiches are seriously delicious. I met the new staff and these guys are awesome. They have a great attitude, seem to enjoy what they are doing, and very attentive to the customer needs. Good food plus great experience = 5 stars in my book.

Make sure that you check your order right at the cashier before leaving. I ordered a Thanksgiving feast with turkey, ham, and some sides. I admit they were busy but man they quickly threw everything into a bag and said okay that is everything! They didnt have the green beans but I was like hey, its okay switch it out for mac n cheese. I take a step back to allow someone else in and check my bags, and the turkey was not there. I told them and they gave me a glare but we’re nice about it. I am stepping out of the shop while checking the rest of the bags, and realized not only did they forget the turkey, but two boxes of stuffing. At this point I was holding three bags already, so put them in the car and went back inside. When I came back and told them that not only was I missing the turkey, but the stuffing, they basically scolded me for not checking the bags. I basically was checking the bags right there and they missed three boxes from my order. They were very disrespectful about the situation when it was their fault in the first place for rushing. It was my first time ordering from them because I work full-time as a nurse at the hospital. But they made me feel awful for no reason. I get that you are busy, but have some common courtesy and customer service. It is a good thing that I checked the bags before I even left the store

I've been here several times and keep forgetting to add a review till now! Every time I stop by the employees are quite knowledgeable, amazingly friendly and helped me flawlessly with my orders and questions. The meals I've gotten here have all been wonderful. The plaza it's in is currently undergoing renovation, but they're still open and the shop is quite clean despite the construction going on in the plaza. Thanks for the great work! 👍

Ordered a ham in October for Thanksgiving. When it came time to pick it up I was told “there are no hams left.” Then I was asked “why didn’t you been pick it up,” and I told her because I had a reserved time to pick it up and expected that they would have my ham available. I asked her what I should do and she just suggested to figure out how to get my money back. Very unprofessional, tacky, and will never order from here again!!! Ruined my Thanksgiving where I’m expecting family over that came from out of town. If you come here and expect good service, I feel bad for you in advance.

Terrible customer service. I went to pick up my order The associate claimed that she did not have any of my sick sites available. I was extremely confused since I pre-ordered this three weeks in advanced and received an email notification that my order was being prepared. This was a very overwhelming experience, especially over the holidays

Try to order a boneless ham over the phone, the lady said I didn’t need a reservation, so I asked will there be some on Wednesday, she said yes, but I need to pick it up that day, it lasts 7 to 10 days in the fridge, told her I will pick it up on Wednesday, got there today no boneless ham, the lady said the next truck would be there after the new year, never ever went here and had a problem, have going there for so many years, Easter, thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, but now a problem, it look like they were trying to get rid of the left overs from Thanksgiving and Christmas, the one I got was old and the glaze look like it was burnt, thinking twice about next year
