Mcdonald's

I work nearby and have lunch here at least twice a week. The service is always excellent and fast even at noon when that are very busy. I do go inside and order as drive thru is always busy. I am amazed at the speed and service. Everyone is not perfect but the crew is great there. I appreciate that as I only have 30 minutes for lunch. Thank You

We were understanding when we had to wait for our order for 40 min. Then we get home and we're missing items. My bad I figured after that long the manager standing THERE double checking the orders made sure. We had to go back. Took us a week to finally talk to upper management since they don't answer their phones. He was super helpful and told us to go in. They refunded us the money and replaced the order, WHICH WAS WRONG AGAIN! After the manager on duty stated 6 times 2 burgers were plain. They came back with everything. Lol ok whatever we'll drive further to the other Mcdonalds. Some of the Managers are trying to get this store up and running smoothly. When we've gone in the morning they've been great and super friendly. The evening nah never happening again.

My daughters burger was still pink. Don’t ever try to order via DoorDash. I didn’t know this was the McDonald’s they ordered from. They never give the sauce I ask for and the fries always taste old and that goes for the nuggets as well. Went to see where the food was picked up from and it was this location. They don’t care at all. Worse McDonald’s to go to.

Have not had a single pleasant experience after 5 attempts. Today was the final straw, drive through line was out the parking lot and into the street , the second drive through lane was closed. I parked, and decided to go inside to place my order and the doors were locked . A sign written in marker read “ LOBBY CLOSE” Not closed , but CLOSE ! Uniformed staff standing behind the registers doing nothing and the doors were locked. Thursday, May 20th 9:15 am .
