Go frequently for lunch. Always the same management. I get the wrong order 60-70% of the time. Today after walking in to get my order corrected they gave me back the same exact wrong hamburger. When you've got 30 minutes for lunch wasting 15 on this staff is not worth it. Won't be back.

Took my granddaughter her after her last day of school. She wanted a giant chocolate chip cookie! No wait in line and it generated a great smile?

If I could leave no stars I would. To start for an empty restaurant the speed of service was pathetic. It took close to 10 minutes to be acknowledged. I ordered their 4 for 4 that comes with a Jr bacon cheeseburger. I took it go, to find out they didn't put the bacon in my burger. Also I ordered a coke w the meal after the gave me the meal is when I was informed the was no coke. The restaurant was dirty. I will never go to this Wendy's again.

Went here this morning for breakfast through the drive thru and was told to wait at curbside because my food was not ready. After waiting ten mins I went in asking about my food. I was shocked to see there was no food and I didn’t smell anything cooking but I still waited and tried to be patient. After 20mins of waiting I went and got a refund. They claim they only needed to cook the chicken and i asked why didn’t they tell us that so we could have chosen something else. Sad to say both managers were there but only a female employee spoke up. I will NEVER come here again! Now I see why the place is always empty!

Manager and crew are very helpful kind and do a wonderful job. All work hard and EXCEED customer service compared to 95% of most fast food restaurants in Lake Worth. No employee was on cell, like most places CSR r using cell while trying 2 take orders making u feel like burden 4 being customer- completely professional and outstanding!!! Compared to Wendy's on 10th & Florida Mango who I would give a #2 on a good day this place is worth #10!!! CONGRATS WINNING CREW & MONDAY MORNING shift leader

Normally, Wendys doesn't disappoint. I guess this time was the exception. Got the bourbon burger combo. Burger was great, rest was not so much. 2 bacon doubles and for the 1st time ever... COLD Fries. Very dissatisfied. 🙁👎 Oh yes, let's not forget the "coke" tasted more like watered down club soda.
