Taco Bell

I love taco bell and I stupidly keep giving this location multiple chances...why in the world is it so hard to get 5 items right? You guys are on a timer so you encourage us to just move up fast through the line .well, I'm tired of expecting asking paying and then receiving opposite order...today I asked for a Pepsi and two of the cheddar tacos seasoned beef instead I got it wasn't beef and I don't think it was chicken I don't know what it was maybe it was steak I didn't ask for that didn't want it don't like it I asked for no sour cream since I'm allergic got it didn't ask for it didn't want it I asked for a Pepsi after I was halfway down the road it's a diet so I threw it out the window so next time I come through there I'm going to check my order as I'm as your time is being running out and if you don't like it get it right next time.

this is the worst taco bell anywhere, it is right across the street from my house i go there about once wvery other month and every single time i swear to myself i will never go back. completely worthless staff never even atempt to get orders right or even remotely try to be timely at all. i wish they qould bulldoze this location fire all the staff and build another one in its place. i remember when taco bell use to be good, fast, and affordable food. this location has none of those things honestly its just depressing. dont wqste your time

I was the only customer in the lobby, and they took my temperature, and wear masks at all times. Customers sit apart from one another for social distancing. The service was extremely quick and polite there are no electrical outlets to charge your phone, and the rice tasted a little burnt. Extra onions, which will benefit any Taco Bell item, are no additional charge.

I am only giving one star due to the fact I would be able to write this goggle review. Went there about 7 pm last night went threw the drive threw and placed my order ordered the taco and burrito pack with two more orders on top of that with drinks total was 40 something dollars , then I thought about it and asked the cashier at the window if the burritos had been she said yes I mentioned that if she could have the burritos changed to beef because I'm allergic to the beans she then went to another employee to tell her well that employee came to the window and had the nerve to speak about loosing product . I told her that I just spent 40 dollars and I want my food the way I would eat it . Very unprofessional and can't eat beans and she slammed the 2indow closed
