Never again will I be ordering any food from this location. This drink was supposed to be for my 3 year old son!!! He drinks from a sippy cup and as I opened the lid to pour the drink into his cup a found a fly on top and the cup was dirty. She woman knew the cup was dirty before she poured fruit punch in there and still gave it to me. This was 8:13 a.m. this morning. Who ever the heavy set black woman working drive through is, she needs to be fired. A waste of $20 😑

Drive Thru is open 24hours.
Usually clean with good seating areas with Television monitors placed in multiple spots, this location has been recently renovated. Food is typical Burger King menu cooked over a Real Flame grill, you can smell them cooking a quarter mile away.
Parking lot is large enough, but getting in and out of the location is harder than it should be.

Went to burger king on Dixie highway wpb. A lot of homeless people using the bathroom and asking people for money. I am disabled and need the handicap bathroom but a young lady was using it to wash up and soaked the floor. She went back into the bathroom since I can't use it without a possiblity of skipping and falling. Several other women changed their clothes in the bathroom. Manager was nice and spoke to several people who are homeless that they need to leave and leave customers alone.

By far the worst place in palm beach county....
Very few staff holding the place together.
Poor quality, lack of employees, building falling apart, pandhandlers waiting next to drive thru window. Trash everywhere. Who knows the quality food and cleanliness behind those walls.
Just pulling into this place of business is like driving through a 3rd world country.
Avoid if you value your health and time.

Worst Burger King in america.. Employees & Manager walking around the restaurant smoking weed. Young Street kids working the cash register, I couldn't even understand the slang language they spoke while trying to order. Employees' friends sitting in the lobby aggressively starting at you. AVOID

They were out of chocolate milkshakes and didn't have plain mustard for the sandwiches. The staff was pretty nonchalant. I worked in food service when I was young and yes, its mostly an unpleasant job, but one should still take pride in one's work. They don't seem to here.

I am severely disappointed in this Burger King. Ordered 3 sausage, egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches... the biscuits were burnt rock hard, cheese not melted and the egg... what egg? See that thiner then a slice of cheese on the bottom? That is the "egg". I took a bite n was repulsed. Sadly I didn't have the time to turn around and get my money back.🤬
