Rally's Hamburgers

So very disappointed. I came today after work very hungry and eager to eat a burger. No line, luckily, but my food was disappointing. I asked for a #4 with a Cherry coke. I got a cold burger and soda that needed to be changed, tasted like seltzer water. I just wanted to enjoy a meal in peace before going home. I called to talk to a manager twice, no answer! Please help. Nobody gives out a free meal, please!

I went to checkers on Wednesday night, waited over 20 min in line to order my food, the beginning of a bad experience. I ordered my burgers to come without onions and tomatoes. When I received my burgers they were loaded with onions and had tomatoes, yet that wasn't the most dissapointing part. That was receiving a fish sandwich that looked like it had been sitting for hours. Didn't realize it until I was eating it and noticed it didn't taste very well. Turned on the light in the car, looked at it, it appeared burnt and old, the crust on the fish had fallen off probably from sitting in the heat. I took pictures and posted them. The fries were half empty and burnt also. It was a terrible experience and I will never eat there again. Save your money if you expect your food to be fresh and good, please do yourself a favor and don't go there!! That was my experience 😡😡

I want to thank Keisha for her efficient disciplined response to my complaint at this Checkers.. She not only called me the following day but from her cellphone,if the need ever arises to contact her,she took care of my issue and made me happy.. Keisha is an asset to Checkers as she is obviously a dedicated employee...Other Corporations should follow this ladies protocol, Thank You !!

On 5-29-22 I went to try the "Bacon brewhouse mother cruncher". I arrived at the drive through and noticed the person infront of me make a large order. After they pulled up I waited 10 minutes before I left. I don't mind waiting if I'm told there's gonna be a wait time. Instead I was ignored and I know this because the drive through attendant kept making eye contact with me. They asked me for my order with no apology so I drove away. On 5-29-22 I was I'm the area and still wanted to try the new sandwich and dipping sauce. So I re-attempted my. The cashier tried to tell me they didn't have the sandwich just to have to correct themselves. Also because they kept talking over me they did not ring up the new dipping sauce. Now on 5-31-22 I tried to get the new beer cheese dipping. I went to the drive through and ordered a large fry, a 6 piece mozzarella sticks and the new dipping sauce. The cashier had no idea what I was talking about. They went to get some help, after they asked me " did you mean the blue cheese dipping" I clarified that I was referring to the beer cheese sauce dipping. After waiting 6 minutes I was handed my bag. I drove home to discover that none of the contents of the bag were correct. It's clear that none of the owner/s are doing quality and consistency checks on their staff. There's no need for customers to receive bad service 3 days in a row.

This review I'd about checkers on Okeechobee near I95. Placed an order in the app and then arrived a minute later. Pullef into Lane for app orders and waited. Was acknowledged right away by employee. 27 minutes later I received a water downed root beer, cold burger and fries. What the hell? Sorry, was not apologized for anything.

I love Checkers. This place sucks and always has but will give props that they’ve stepped it up recently. I’ll skip this location specifically when I can though. Pretty much since last summer every time I’d pull into the drive thru there’d be 2-3 people smoking outside (employees) having a laugh while I’m waiting at the drive thru speaker, usually wait 3-5 minutes before anyone hops on. I was told if I was paying w card they’d say we only take cash, whenever I had cash they were only taking card LOL. The knuckle dragging employees don’t want to work or make you a burger so there’s always an excuse. I asked one lady if they take cash app and she said ‘you’d have to send me $50’ and to pull up to the window. I did and all I saw was that lady walking around pretending to do stuff and completely ignored me (obviously wasn’t going to send her money either way). Point is workers are neanderthals who should start trapping (most are and are prob using this job for some proof of income) or get a job at the dump where they can sit under a tent all day and point people where to dump their stuff. My personal recommendation. Owner, you’re a cool guy(or girl) responding to complaints. But you’re a push over and your business is goin to fail until you grow a spine and get better employees unless this location is used for money laundering and you don’t care. Your employees suck and I will go out of my way to avoid this location. More than 5 times I’ve pulled up to be ignored or be told they aren’t taking any payments.

Took an hour to get our food. It was cold when we got it. The fry's were soggy. Seems like no matter where I go in a nation checkers is always like this. Very rarely is it on point. I don't know how checkers as a franchise hasn't gone out of business yet. Only reason I went here is cuz my girlfriend wanted checkers and then she said I was right after we went there and had a horrible experience. Funny thing is in the hour we were there several people walked up ordered after us got their food before us like we were ghost we asked about her food several times after about 20 minutes. It appears obviously a race thing cuz if you were not white you got your food.
