I've been coming to this Dunkin' donuts location for a long time. It's near were I work. The last year it's really gone down hill, the store opens at 4:00 a.m., I work midnights, and the staff never has the restaurant open until well after 4:30 in the morning, Sometimes 5.
Guess I'll have to find a new place to get my coffee.

I have been ordering my morning coffee and breakfast through Ubereats from this DD for the past few months and I have never had a better experience with any other DD. They add notes and little surprises to my order every time that really brighten my day. This is above and beyond normal customer service and I can't thank them enough for spreading such wonderful positivity (especially nowadays!). Support this DD, you won't be disappointed!

Pretty quick usually even when it gets busy. Orders typically accurate. Wish they had French crullers more often.

Services pretty rapid but tends to get busy. As a sit-down restaurant it's pretty noisy it caters more towards you going in there and picking up your food and driving back home but you can sit down if you need to eat.

The Sunday crew is pretty bad. No donuts, no muffins, no muchkins.. this place might as well just be Dunkin Coffee

This is the worst dunkin doughnuts in west palm hands down. EVERY time ive ordered and ice coffee the lady at the front ALWAYS give me a hot coffee i only come here when im out and its the only option available my mom loves dunkin doughnuts and she has a spanish accent so i order in perfect english for her. This has happened more than once and its the same person at the register. Today i ordered a sourdogh asndwich and she gave me a croissant along with the hot coffe as always. Never sgtoping here again.
