Mcdonald's

The Dining Room has reopened after renovations. Order on the app for quick service. The lobby is clean. The new theme seems to be urban alley, without the dirt. The Cinnamon Roll is delicious and the Apple Fritter is even better. Especially if you ask them to warm it. No music. No drink refill station but there are uncovered electrical outlets to charge your phone, and seating at various heights, which kids like.

As I pulled up I seen 2 older ladies on the grown flagging me down. That had been sitting there for 15 min with no help from any staff. I hoped out and asked if the needed a ambulance she said she did not want one. She could not walk on one of her legs. She said she walked out side and fell and no one came out to help. As in helping her to her car my wife tells 2 employees and still no one comes outside. I help the second lady off the ground and to the car before I went in and spoke to the manager not once did any one ask if they was OK Around 630 and after 3.23.2022

I went in to sit and eat with my 82 year old mom and 80 year old aunt, we were rudely told by the day time management to order from the kiosk. Clearly my mom and aunt don't know how to do that. My mom got very upset and asked why do they hate the elderly. Then asked me to go to KFC instead. As we were about to leave a nice young man came to the counter and said I'm sorry, can I take your order. Now we get the order and the fries are cold and soggy the coffee that should've been with cream and sugar came black. That would've been fine had they have put cream and sugar on the side but they didn't. The only good thing about this McDonald's was the young man who stepped in and took our order when he saw that my mom was getting upset and going to leave. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this McDonald's!!!

Worst place ever was told can't serve me cause I'm in a tow truck and I need to use the drive thru and told the manager that I'm in a big flatbed truck and here response was well guess your not gunna eat told her not just food for me I have 4 kids as well she said to hell with them. And closed the dining 2 hours early.

Witnessed 2 elderly women both who had fallen right outside the door. My fiancé and I offered to call 911, however they just wanted to get home. We got them both to their car. Then I saw 2 employees on the other side of the building, so I let them know what happened. They turned their head and went inside! My fiancé then went in and told a manager, her response was “o well we are short staffed.” This is unacceptable! Cold, rude, heartless employees!! A disgrace!
