Bistro B

Faucet water & flat soda..was the 1st sign of not a good evening. Calamari was a little tough & the white sauce wasnt a great combo for it. It took 40min later received our entree. Wife ordered the Bistro burger w/onion rings. Burger itself was half size of the bun & wasnt flavorful. The good thing was onion rings were great. My entree was the Hanger Steak w/fries. Steak was great but the fries were overly cooked. We visited many other Bistros, this place....we will not return.

** The laughs can be okay, but the service is not. We won't be coming back! ** The issue here is not the comedy, it's the service - specifically the wait staff for food and drinks. One time we went, my friend and I both ordered coffee; each of our coffees was cold - not room temperature cold, more like day-old-coffee cold. That time, luckily, the staff was willing to make fresh coffee when we complained. The food is atrocious here, as well. We ordered pita bread with hummus, and it was tasteless, overpriced (about $10), and reeked of garlic, which gave us dragon breath the rest of the night. Don't order food unless you bring cash or pay with one check for the table because the staff is unwilling to split checks. What business can't split checks in 2018? One that doesn't want my business, that's who. I really want to ask: how different is 5 people placing single orders than 5 people splitting one order? One of the times, since we were forced to pay a combined check due to the lazy wait staff, we were overcharged (charged for a drink we didn't purchase) and some of the cash we had provided mysteriously went missing. On top of this, the aggressive and stand-offish "I'm correct" attitude of the manager gave us all a bad taste in our mouths, one worse than the ghastly food. Needless to say, we won't be returning. In the event of issues, their motto is not to side with the customer, but to side with their own staff, and any business that is alive today knows that customer service is of utmost priority. Stay away.

We made reservations for the restaurant and comedy club. When we got there the place was empty and the waitress said the comedy club was cancelled. We had traveled half an hour to get there and the reservation for the comedy club was confirmed on the way there. I ordered a wine and was charged $10. We left and did not leave a tip.

Hello! Bistro B is located in the Westport Inn, Westport C.T.. We stopped 4 the night, after many hours driving. We were exhausted & hungry, saw the sign on i- 95. & got directions from Onstar. Well, the room rates were great! $126 king bed! Nice room! Every person we encountered was extremely nice! @ the restaurant we sat@ the bar. Rachelle was soo nice, pleasant & funny! Excellent service & café style menu w plenty of options, our food was delicious. If u r in town, great place 2 visit! 🙌😛
