Hours posted say open until 7:30pm... Show up at 4:30 at the drive through and the line sits for 20 minutes. Turns out it's because no one is working... No sign saying that or anything, the lights on the drive through were on and looked as though Starbucks was open.

We work near by at the Toyota dealership and had place a big order around 8-9 coffees and i am standing at the counter and not a single staff bothered asking us if we needed help. They did ask a white lady with her daughter, i got to my boiling point and ask a staff that came from the back if she can maybe help us i said am i made out of glass? because no one had bothered to asked. I work at Westport and thought i would get better customer service what i got instead was feeling like i didn’t matter. BTW i am latino.

Great new location but slow in store service especially for espresso drinks.
Maybe that's a given since they are a drive through or just understaffed

I ordered a venti size drink and was given a grande initially. When I pointed out that I had ordered a venti, they gave me a venti size cup with a grande amount of drink in it + some whip cream (which I had not wanted; they did not ask me if I would like some). The milk was warm, but had no foam. [In case you were wondering, they were not busy when I went there.]

I’d give zero stars if it let me. Worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Service was ridiculously slow. Baristas were cat fighting behind the counter. Drinks were trash. When I questioned my drink they said the cold foam wasn’t foaming so they just dumped it on the bottom instead of the top but it’s still what I ordered. What?!?!! No! Stay away from this one!!!

Location is nice and has clean restrooms. My go-to order for years has been a java chip frappuccino and I think this was the best one I’ve ever had!

Horrible staff. I am no longer coming here after being a long time customer. I’m positive one of the young girls is drinking on the job, she could not form sentences or stop slurring. She and girl another were dancing provocatively and completely inappropriately for any public establishment. On top of it all my drink was made incorrectly. I did not want to wait for another. Management here is poor - and there was no one at the register when I went to place my order either. Best worst part was choosing to not wait in the incredibly long line that wrapped into the main street!
