Domino's Pizza

This Domino's is just like any other but my more recent visits have been rather consistent. I came in on Saturday the 3rd in the evening. I saw the same delivery driver I have seen in the past, he is always angry and it shows. Throwing receipts, muttering curses under his breath, etc. The five stars here is for the person who helped me, the younger black guy taking care of the pizza finishing station. Didn't seem phased by his coworker. He took more care than any other person I have seen in a Domino's location and was quick to help me. He showed kindness and it was one of the most 'as described on the ad' orders I have ever had (down to the slice spacing). When I asked about a sauce he gave me an honest response and was friendly. Kudos to that guy, he deserves a raise/management positioning.

I placed an order last Tuesday for a large three-topping pizza ($7.99 deal). I requested over the phone three toppings and was confirmed. I arrived and got the pizza and looked inside and saw only two toppings. I asked the guy who confirmed my order and he said they didn’t carry one of the toppings. I asked him why he didn’t tell me that over the phone so I could have switched my topping. He didn’t have an answer and just said, “We’ll, you’re only getting the pizza for $7.99.” Really? Maybe because that is the price you had on line for a THREE-topping pizza. This is not the first time Domino’s has been an issue. They have not been forthright with prices being raised over other items that add expense that don’t fit the “coupons” they offer...you have to always double check with them the final price. Find a more competent pizza place. UPDATE: I was finally contacted by the store manager, Derek. He was very professional and thorough are resolved the issue and compensated me. He went over and above to make sure that my issue was dealt with and will not happen in the future. I have changed the one star to a four star because I was very impressed with how he responded to the situation and took care of it.
