Einstein Brothers Bagels

Einstein Bagels on County Farm Rd in Wheaton is a great, conveniently located coffee, pop, bagels, and other sandwiches store. Their staff always goes above and beyond to ensure that your coffee and bagels/sandwiches are just the way that you want them. Their app and rewards card are also really user-friendly, to order ahead or pay at the Cash register. You can also accumulate points to redeem for free coffees. I highly recommend this Einstein Bagels ☕ 👍👍. They also take good precautions for the Covid-19.

I love the bagels, probably my favorite around. The service is fine and the restaurant is always clean. My only issue with this location is they are often out of many of the bagels I want. I do come during "rushes", but it seems like for a place that specializes it bagels they should be able to keep them in stock. It can be a disappointment when the one bagel you want is out. However, I always find something I like.

I've been to this location several times. It can be busy during the morning rush, which is to be expected. The food quality was consistent with other Einstein locations which is to say they are some of the best bagels in the Chicagoland area. Outdoor seating is great, especially for breakfast because it's not too hot in the morning. The only thing is they can sometimes run low on certain bagels but again that might be expected anywhere you go.

I love Einstein's and come often, but about 50% of the time I go on Sundays they are out of the sesame bagels. I got there today @1:00 with 2 hrs to go till they close so they should still have a popular product, right? Wrong. So many times they are out of sesame. I asked the girl, if you know sesame constantly runs out and you have excess of other kinds, why not make more of the sesame and less of the others? I know they can have a busy morning and it is likely difficult to predict how many of one type you need, but they're constantly out of sesame by early afternoon on Sundays. It is probably one of their most popular. That happens so often that they should be able plan ahead for it. I know it, and I am not even a manager there. Two people walked in, looked at the selection available, and walked out while I was there. Business must be so good that it is acceptable to disappoint customers like this. When I suggested to make more in advance, the girl behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders at me and said nothing. Also, I have come at later times. They close @ 3:00 and by 2:30 not much is left and the staff is already pouring out the coffee cleaning the equipment, rolling up the mats, and vacuuming the floors, and making you feel like you are not wanted and interfering with their closing activities. They should just close @ 2:30. Of course then they would be doing those things at 2:00. Too bad, I really like their food. I don't blame the staff, this is a management issue.
