Nando's Peri-peri

I had some minor issues with receiving my food but one of the higher members of the team was very accommodating. Two groups who had came after me were served their food before me, so I inquired about my food. One of the upper level members was the person I told and he provided me a ticket for a free entree. I wasn’t upset just hungry and curious. This place has very considerate and fantastic service. I didn’t expect any form of reimbursement and hadn’t requested any. This individual taking the initiative shows this establishments interest in serving the clients. Thank you so much! The food was subpar but the service was A+.

Food here is usually solid, consistent, well seasoned. Served up hot and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is next to the Costco so it's convenient. The only downside is the cost when compared to the Costco brand food mart outside. Obviously not a fair comparison. I think they'd do better if they offered specials.

Very appreciative of this place tonight. After being turned away from Hook & Reel after being seated with a pizza that I apparently wasn’t allowed to have in there after being seated for over 15 mins and given water I was asked to leave. My mom and I ventured into the mall because she still wanted to grab something to eat before seeing antman. We got here at 7:15 or so and the girl at the front was still very kind even though they’d soon be closing at 8pm. She got my mom’s order and I ordered my cocktail & we got seated. My mom said the food was good and I enjoyed my drink. I appreciated the hospitality against Hook & Reels unsavory attitude. Granted we were going to spend more money at Hook and Reel but it is what it is. I prefer great customer service.
