Starbucks

I have been here twice this week. A Starbucks review really hinges on three things, the drink, the people, and the place. This location gets 5 stars for my drink today. Fast delivery to the counter (I always order inside) and it was put together well - tight lid, hot beverage sleeve thingy, and no spills and stuff on the outside of the cup (hate that). Pumpkin Latte was the choice for today and regular coffee last time. The team was working really well together and the short line showed that. Fine job. Lots of team members working today. The place is Starbucks standard furniture and fixtures and they have nice outside seating here. Bonus points on a good weather day. Unfortunately it is cold today, but there were a few brave souls out there. Very well done here today SBX. thanks.

Absolutely best and Awesome Customer Service. On Friday I Accidently bought the wrong chocolate covered almonds and originally I was looking to buy there chocolate covered espresso beans 🤤 and after accidentally opening the almonds the manager approved me to be able to switch them out for the espresso beans free of charge. He didn't even hesitate. He was absolutely the Nicest shift leader/ Manager I have ever come across. This store is top notch also never have had a drink made wrong or anything if it has ever happened they have always fixed it immediately 👌☕ It's worth taken extra drive to this location next to Giant if you do not live in Wheaton. Nothing but positive experiences especially with the crew and guy who's either the shift leader or manager!!!. This happened on Friday 8/26/2022 @ 4:00pm I forgot his name so this was the day he was working and helped me with the exchange.

All the staff provide great customer service. I always have great experiences at this store. Their services keep exceeding my expectations making me adjust my expectation up, and they keep meeting or exceeding! Especially, many thanks to Richard who has done an amazing service that has exceeded my already high expectations.

Another above average location. I've visited this location at least 4 times and never an issue in any way. They could move a little faster but that's it. Parking is shared w plenty of other businesses. They are nestled on a small strip in Westfield Wheaton's shopping center. Staff members are always pleasant and looking forward to assisting. Lobby, beverage and condiment areas are always clean and clear of mess. I will continue to patronize this location when in the area.
