Chick-fil-a

Food is good, but service is getting slower and slower each time I go. The young lady taking the order was super nice, but more into talking than taking orders. Nearly didn’t order everything because she got to talking and almost checked me out. That wasn’t a huge deal, but the long wait to get the food was frustrating. Chick fil a is known for their superb flow and this location is really lacking.

Only complaint I have from this place is that they have not taken off my military discount twice already. I would ask them for a military discount on monday for "Military Mondays" and they would tell me they discounted from the total price. I would trust them so I give them my card and then proceed to grab my food and come home to check the receipt and they actually didn't take out my discount. Also, I remember them telling me the total was like 30 dollars and something cents with the discount but the receipt would read around 34 dollars. I try to save any penny I can these days because of the crazy inflation on everything..

I can’t lie. I’m a huge fan of chicken. I will say that the Chick-fil-A in Wichita Falls, Texas delivers on the spicy chicken sandwich with a clean seating area, friendly customer service, and a steamy hot sandwich and tender waffle fries. They do offer quite a bit of honey mustard, which is perfect for any of their delectable meals. While I do wish their fountain drinks and water machine was on the other side of the cash register where customers can get their own refills, I will say they do refill the drinks pretty fast.

We hit this location on one of the busiest days of the year most likely - the day before Thanksgiving when everyone is on the road. Despite this, they were extremely efficient, friendly and the order was perfect. Fresh, generous portions, and no compromise on quality due to them being slammed. Consistently delicious with the best customer service ever, as per usual with CFA!!
