Taco Bell

Very rude and lazy! They were all hanging out in the parking lot saying there system was down. When you could see orders on the screen. If system down you wouldnt be able to cancel the order.After telling them i want something to show me they would cancel the order, then he could cancel it right away. They just didnt want to work that. Both southwest parkway locations are very rude

After ordering I sat in the same spot in the drive thru for 20 minutes before the 4 cars in front of me drove off. Then I sat at the window waiting another 10 minutes for a taco party box. I saw them making my tacos and it only took about 3 minutes once they started on them. When they finally gave me my food I was about to ask for management, cause I could have made 12 tacos from scratch in that amount of time, the worker said "sorry about the wait there is only 2 of us and our manager just walked out". We'll that's an easy way to get out of reprimands and refunds. I would have also driven off had I not paid as soon as I got to the window and told them the guys in front drove off. They didn't even start making my food until I was there for 30 minutes. Would have gotten a refund if they had a manager to approve.

Thank you so much. I appreciate. I had a app order on a different tacobell which I dodnt realized until then told me. I l couldn't cancel bc it was ASAP. The shift manager said there is nothing they cam do. It only was one taco. I told them I could not walk or get to the other one. I kinda was depressed. However my server got me the taco anyway. I just wanted to say thank you so much. It almost made me cry. Fast, hot and clean dining room.
