Sonic Drive-in

Our burgers came out missing everything! So we had to send them back. When they brought them back out the buns were then soaking wet and completely gross and unedible. But since the staff already seemed mad at the world it wasnt worth the hassel to try and get them to remake the order "again". We will not be returning to the Kemp location.

got told they don’t have chili cheese tator tots on the menu. got told they don’t have chicken strips on the menu. gave us 2 chicken sandwhiches that were never asked for. left our chili cheese coney out. and got what was supposed to be a cheeseburger but without cheese. tried calling to speak to a manager and was on hold forever.

Every time I attempt to go to the Sonic I received poor service. Previously I've had people answer and then not speak and then end the conversation not allowing me to order. today I waited 30 minutes for one Burger and by the end of it I was the only person parked at the Sonic still, and I never even received my burger I got frustrated and left because 30 minutes is entirely too long for a single burger. I refuse to go back to this location ever again absolutely the worst Sonic I've ever been to I've been disappointed every time I've gone there consecutively.
