Mcdonald's

Manager Marla was Awesome, I was charged for an extra 4 breakfast burritos when I only asked for 2 and I was given a sausage McGriddle rather than the bacon McGriddle I asked for. However, although my order was wrong, when I called and spoke with the manager on duty at the time, Marla, she was great. She was very professional, polite and apologetic for the mistake(s). She then stated she would refund me for the 4 additional burritos I was charged and she would remake the sandwich I had originally wanted at no cost, and upon my arrival back, she did exactly that. People make mistakes, so errors are expected and understandable, it's how you set it right that makes the difference and Marla at this McDonald's location was exceptional. I appreciate her and McDonald's for selecting such a great candidate as a leader.

I order 40 piece nuggets with the 2 fry’s I drive home which is 40 min away! And they only gave me 20 piece and 2 frys! I called and she asked the time which on the receipt it’s faded like it did print all the way it was running out of ink! So she tells me to call back in 10 min because she’s really busy like oh ok so I hope everyone else gets there order then not gonna waste my time or call back. Stop hiring people that can’t do THE EASIEST JOB EVER.

Did a mobile app order paid and all. Got there and the curbside pickup wasnt available so we had to wait in long drive thru line and then I give my order code and they cant find it and offer no resolution to the problem I checked to be sure I did everything correctly on my app order and I did again asked for my order and drive thru attendant says I cant find your order and still doesn't offer resolution. So I pull up show her my order code and she sighs and starts typing in something on her computer then says it will be an extra fee because they are out of the pie I ordered and all they have is apple. I finally say that's fine I'll take it. Then I pull up to receive order and it's not ready all I ordered was a coffee and an apple pie had to pull up and wait some more. What's the point in doing a mobile order to save time if I have to go thru all of that to get it.
