Kleines, aber nettes Pub im Zentrum von Wien. Das Personal spricht nur Englisch, aber das passt voll zum Ambiente. Die Einrichtung erinnert sehr an ein uriges australisches Pub. Gute Bierauswahl und die Speisekarte typisch für ein Pub, jedoch gibt es außergewöhnliche Steaks. Vom Alligator, Strauss und Känguru stehen auf der Karte. Als Vorspeise kann man sich Mehlwürmer und Heuschrecken bestellen. Das Mac and Cheese war etwas wässrig und geschmacklich faad, der Burger mit Känguru-Fleisch war sehr gut. Fleisch perfekt gebraten und das Bun war auch super. Die Musik war sich super. Das Bier ist preislich aber etwas teuer (über 5€ für a Krügerl).

Sehr gemütliches und lockeres Ambiente. Getränke ( Bier, Hugo, Homemade Lemonade) haben uns geschmeckt...ausser der AperolSpritz, fast geschmacklos gemixt. Sehr schade für den Preis. Die Nachos waren mega lecker! Bedienung sehr nett!

Meine Tochter wollte heute dort mit einer großen Runde ihren letzten Schultag feiern. 1) Die Reservierung hat nicht geklappt 2) Meiner Tochter wurde der Zutritt verwehrt, obwohl sie alles vorwies, was das Gesetz verlangt (sie ist 2x genesen und 1x geimpft und hat Antikörper...hatte nur nicht den Absonderungsbescheid, den die Stadt Wien auch 6 Wochen nach Genesung noch nicht geschickt hat). Gott sei Dank sitzt die Truppe jetzt in einem anderen Lokal.

Wir waren heute das zweite mal im Crossfield's essen. Es war einfach nur lecker. Die Portionen war richtig gut und das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt vollkommen!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht.
Wir können das Crossfield's nur weiterempfehlen!!
PS: unbedingt einen Tisch reservieren bevor man hin geht!

I visited Crossfield's Australian Pub with some of my English students and it was a perfect afternoon. Everything from the first contact with the staff to the afternoon we spent there worked out just perfectly. Everybody was so kind and they even opened the downstairs area of the pub just for our small group. Everybody had a great time there, some great food and the opportunity to speak English in the middle of Vienna. We will definitely come back again!!!

Very disappointing pub. The beer we asked for was served way below the half litre mark that we paid for. The waitress seemed offended we asked her to top both glasses up to the required mark. Service all round was poor.

We didn't leave for almost 5 hours and that has something to do with my light weight better half! Thank you for a fab evening, the atmosphere was fab and the price. Thank you to our server.... That's sound far to formal.... Ponytail, blondish....he was awesome and even convinced us � vodka was a good idea! � if we're ever back in Vienna we will be back!

Every now and again, you stumble across an absolute gem of a pub down a side street...this is one of them amazing places that you’re delighted you stepped into. Great staff, lovely beer, amazing food and awesome decor/atmosphere. Came back the second night for a night cap and the bar man remembered what we were drinking. Proper bar man, proper bar. Love it.

Excellent and friendly bar staff. Good choice of food and ok had the fish & chips.
Good range of English Aussie & Austrian drink.
Not very big when only upstairs open but adds to the atmosphere.

Coming from Australia, and being a kangaroo meat lover I got discussing cooking techniques with the chef. He told me how he cooks it ‘sois vide’ and then made me a dish to try. Best kangaroo I’ve ever had. Beers are ice cold with footy and every other sport is on the tele. Home away from home in Vienna!

Very nice atmosphere, small but thematically well decorated interior, very good food from an unusual menu. The most important, very nice and funny stuff. I was feeling like at home, like I entered some of the pubs back at home. If anyone wants to break the Viennese routine, go to the Crossfield Australian Pub.

Wonderful experience, great staff and atmosphere. Try the X-Field lager, grandma apple pie and of course the grasshoppers. Look them in the eye first :D

I didn't have anything to eat but, if you were hanging out for a Vegemite sanga, well they have it and a jar of it to take with you on your travels. Beer was cold, something that doesn't always happen over here.

Try the Kangaroo burger and enjoy your time. Located right in the heart of Vienna, next to the state opera. Not cheap, but good.
