Service freundlich und nett, aber Essen etwas enttäuschend, Kalbsrahmgulasch schmeckte wie ein Fertigprodukte aus der Dose, Kaiserschmarrn wurde kalt serviert, dann aber nochmal in der Küche auf Temperatur gebracht, Brathendl war gut.

Easy to reach the tram and travel 3 stops to the centre. Clean and tasteful decor. Staff very friendly. Breakfast excellent. Gym well equipped. Small negatives for us would be no tea and coffee in the room and WiFi only at an additional cost - should be free in my mind. Would recommend.

Great hotel. Staff were very friendly. The room was perfect; the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious as well. I thought no free wifi in the room would bother me but it turned out to be a great excuse to go out into the lobby/bar and mingle. Also, no kettle/coffee in the room is remedied by the coffee and tea machine they put out in the lobby at 6 am. Thanks for a great stay

I loved our dinner in the Imperial Renaissance Hotel in Vienna, food was absolutely amazing ! Also, great 5☆ for your staff especially Jessica that was absolutely lovely, she made our dinner time :)

Ich möchte vorwegschicken, dass ich einen Gold-Status habe. Beim Einchecken wurde ich nicht als Statuskunde begrüßt. Meine Frage, ob ein Upgrade möglich war, wurde verneint. Ich bezog danach mein Zimmer und stellte fest, dass es keine, wie in meinem Profil angegeben, ruhige Lage hatte, sondern direkt an der Hauptstraße lag. Im Zimmer gab es weder Hausschuhe, noch einen Kaffee-/Tee-Bereiter. Ich rief bei der Rezeption an und fragte nach Hausschuhen. Man wollte sie mir direkt bringen. Allerdings musste ich abends, als ich wieder zurück im Hotel war, nochmals nachfragen, weil keine gebracht wurden. Der Fitnessbereich des Hotels ist für mich nicht sehr einladend. Es handelt sich um einen kleinen Raum im Keller, ohne Fenster, der mit Geräten vollgestellt ist. Die Geräte an sich sind zwar von Life Fitness, scheinen aufgrund des Rosts, den ich entdeckt habe, aber schon sehr alt zu sein. Während meines Aufenthaltes hatte ich Geburtstag. Als ich abends auf mein Zimmer kam, lag dort eine Karte mit einem Gruß vom Hotel. Daneben stand ein Teller mit einem kleinen Stück Sachertorte, das leider, weil es offen da stand, schon ganz trocken war. Ich freute mich, dass man an mich gedacht hatte. Als ich am nächsten Tag zurückflog und im Marriott in Heidelberg eincheckte, wo ich geschäftlich oft übernachte, fragte man mich, ob ich die Geburtstagskarte erhalten hätte. Einige Mitarbeiter des Hotels hatten sich die Mühe gemacht auf einer Karte zu unterschreiben und sie dann per Mail ans Renaissance zu schicken, um mir dort eine Freude zu machen. Leider ist die Karte nie bei mir angekommen. Ich finde es sehr schade, dass das Renaissance Hotel dem Wunsch des Heidelberger Hotels nicht nachgekommen ist und mich um diese Überraschung gebracht hat. Vielmehr hatte ich den Eindruck, dass das Renaissance Hotel überhaupt erst durch das Marriott Hotel auf meinen Geburtstag aufmerksam geworden ist. Egal wie, besonders wertgeschätzt habe ich mich zu keiner Zeit gefühlt. Was für das Hotel spricht, ist die Lage. Man ist schnell im Zentrum, aber auch schnell am Flughafen.

We celebrated the 18th B-day of our Daughter, that was a beautiful evening� the room & breakfast was perfect!!! The staff are friendly.

We stayed there for one week and everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Our family suite was spacious and well-appointed with a view of the beautiful Orthodox Church outside our window! The room service was always prompt and the food was delicious! Salsa night at the lobby was a bonus for my husband and I to have a night out within the hotel. Four stars because they only remembered to put the coffee/tea/kettle amenities on the Thursday of our stay and we did not ask because we assumed it's not part of their room amenities. No extra pillows and blankets were waiting even if they knew the reservation was for a family of four. The welcome note and chocolates more than made up for it and Housekeeping was accommodating when requested. Still highly recommended!

Wir feierten dort die Hochzeit meiner Tochter. Das Service und die Organisation waren super. Sehr bemühtes, freundliches Personal, das Essen hat geschmeckt, das Ambiente war toll. Wir übernachteten auch dort. Das Zimmer war perfekt, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Herzlichen Dank für alles.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal, ausgezeichnetes Essen, top Lage, guter und schneller Zimmerservice, gute/geräumige Zimmer, immer wieder tolle Angebote und Veranstaltungen. Freue mich auf ein nächstes Mal.

Tucked away in a neighborhood. Near tram service. Very good rooms and of course Marriott beds! Front seat very helpful in navigating the city.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, easy to get to and from the city centre with buses and trams and underground all close by. But it’s the first hotel I’ve stayed in where there was no tea or coffee facility in the room, no WiFi unless you paid for it and you had to watch TV

Very central location with only one stop from Wien Mitte, quick access via CAT to the airport. Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. All clean and spotless. Good restaurant. Lovely to have a garden to sit and relax. Small swimming pool, but few hotels have one. Sauna etc. Trams and buses close by for getting around the city. The negatives are; no free wifi, no free tv, no kettle or free bottled water in rooms-all pretty standard items. I stayed on the 6th floor away from the street and garden noise. Modern furnished room. Would stay again.

This hotel does not care about their loyal customers. I am gold with Marriott (one night to reach platinum status) and when asked about room upgrade was lied to about unavailability. Just out of curiosity checked Marriott booking on line and there were all sorts of rooms available. Actually, had previous similar experience with them.

Love to wake up early and eat breakfast with very friendly and courteous staff (Filipino). They are very professional and make you feel at home. The room is very comforting (even though it is about 100 meters away from the lobby)and the hotel is close to what I need during our stay. I have two more nights stay here and hope for more friendly service from the reception desk. I will highly recommend this hotel to my famlly and friends.

This hotel has may have a lower price because it is outside of the Ringstrassa but at the end of your stay, it's no bargain. There is a hefty charge (outrageous compared to other hotels) for in-room internet and the breakfast is wildly expensive. There was free coffee in the lobby but it was empty by 7 am. Additionally, I found the furniture in the lobby rather shabby and our room wasn't cleaned until almost 4 pm. On a positive note, I found the front desk staff very helpful. We stayed there because we were traveling with friends who a devoted Marriott fans. I'm not and would choose a different hotel on my next visit to Vienna

Tolles Hotel, gute Lage, freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer! Ausser die Dame im Wellnessbereich fanden wir etwas stur.

I loved my stay there. The rooms are awesome. Excellent service and staff. One of the best options to stay in Viena. Not far for central attractions .

Très bel hôtel. Bien situé. Les chambres sont propres. Le déjeuner est délicieux avec beaucoup de choix! Je recommande cet hôtel.
