Taco Bell

Today I purchased a bean n cheese burrito with my order to go. When unwrapping the burrito, at the very top of it was a big piece of lint and a long hair. I tried calling Taco Bell/KFC and was not able to speak to anyone because the phone does not accept callers. Just wanted to let the food handlers at Taco Bell know how disgusting it is to find something dirty on the food they serve! I will bring it to the attention of management and take the burrito and my receipt to show what I was served.

We went for a quick dinner after visiting the Grand Canyon. We ordered 4 plain chicken sandwiches and there was no one else in the drive thru lane and we had to wait at least 10 minutes. We took our order back to our hotel and we're starving and opened our dinner, only to find all were original sandwiches. I ate about half cause I was hungry, but for the exorbitant price, and since it's a vacation town, you'd think they'd be sure to get the orders correct.

It was quite busy during this visit. It seemed that the kitchen staff was having problems getting orders out. They did get my order out correctly, and the wait was not unacceptable. However, rudeness from employees is not acceptable. On my most recent 2 or 3 visits I have encountered one or more employees who seemed to not want to be there or helping customers. Eye rolling, bad attitude when a mistake with my order was pointed out.

Visited this Taco Bell/KFC location later in the evening. Somewhat busy with drive thru and walk in order patrons. Decided on 3 chicken chalupa's and a sprite. Cashier was friendly. Waited 20 minutes for our order based on how busy the drive thru and walk in level was at the time we entered the restaurant. It appeared only 3 employees working. Upon pick up of order, employee apologized for the wait time. Order was hot, flavorful and well prepared. Restaurant was clean, and the tables were being cleared after dine in clients left. Interior trash receptacles were also being changed, since they were full. Other than the 20 minute wait for our food, good experience at this Taco Bell/KFC.
