Taco Bell

Don't let the low rating scare you, my vegan meal was amazing!!! They actually did everything I needed, a first, the food was not only well made ans tasty but filling. Seriously, they did a great job! My best experience at a taco bell ever, I hate traveling because my food allergies make it hard to eat moat places. Thank you for the awesome service! My vegetarian/made vegan box was great!

I eat at this Taco Bell at least once or twice a week and order just a plain combination number two soft tacos and I didn't realize that they weren't filling the tacos up very much until I went to a Taco Bell in Marysville and got a really good taco that was full of meat lettuce and cheese the ones from Williams just don't even compare and I feel like I've been getting ripped off all these years because I frequent there so much it's no wonder I have to order extra tacos just to get full from lunch they don't fill them up, and tacos from this Taco Bell just are not a good value almost a ripoff I will not be going back until I think they've corrected this issue it's like they're being cheap and chinsy when they make their tacos.

You have the right to close anytime you decide to, but please advertise your hours accurately so I don't plan my trip based on your published hours, and then arrive to find a closed down restaurant 15 minutes before you claim to close. Now I am hangry and have no other options for food until morning because you lied to me! Now, I understand about staff shortages, so if that was why it closed early, I retract my complaints, but there were still quite a few cars parked out front and they were mopping the kitchen, so it looked like a normal size crew, just wanting to leave early.l, and also looked like they had been closed for a while and were almost done with cleaning. 1/23/2022. Arrived at drive through at about 11:45 pm and was greeted by the automatic recording that you were closed, despite being l listed as open until midnight.

I spent $55 on a meal for 6 people at this store. Half of the food was cold. One side of cheese had a small hair in it. The staff replaced that but did not apologize or show any concern. The next item was a beefy 5 layer burrito that was ice cold and hard. They replaced that with the same attitude. For fear of not wanting to cause an uproar with staff, we chose not to bring up the fact that one of our Doritos tacos had a long hair in it. I have never seen such poor food delivery. I used to work at this location and this is a disgrace. Whoever decided to take away wearing hair nets at this location made a horrible decision. Not one staff member has a hair net on and the ponytails that are swinging around explain all of the hair in my food. I understand that the younger generation doesn’t value customer service the way they should but this experience today was horrendous.

I generally like Taco Bell and my kids are always happy to eat there, but the crew on our last visit left a lot to be desired. We had some special orders but nothing to complex. But when we opened up our food on the freeway to far gone to turn around two out of 3 orders were wrong including the new double steak burrito with no steak! I don't get that at all unless we were truly "effed at the drive through".
