Pho Cafe

Visited for the second time and same great taste and same great service! I especially like the flavor of the broth and the fact that you can make it as spicy hot as you like as the “hot sauce” is left on the tables. I had to wait today as I had the previous time I came. As crowded as it looks, the wait has never been longer than 15 minutes. The service is impeccable. Smiles and patience are the norm. I had the vegetable Pho and Dumpling special and I can’t say enough. The Dumplings’ batter was light and flavorful while the broth of the Pho was light and infused with a concoction of flavors. The veggies were al dente just the way I like them. There is even lemon on the side which I loved. The filling in the dumplings was more than enough. I’m skipping dinner! This place is small but cozy and quaint with a down home ambiance for great intimacy. A great date place for sure! Even if you have never tried Pho you must come to experience it. You can thank me when you take your last slurp!
