Mcdonald's

I really need to stop going to this McDonald’s. I don’t think I ever leave with the correct order. Don’t you think I would’ve learned my lesson by now to pull over and check before I pull off? Which by the way I suggest everyone do if you come here! Food looks good, but I ordered an egg McMuffin……. Stars for staff being friendly!

So I came through this am, ordered 2 biscuits! One for myself and another for a friend. I ordered a bacon and cheese with extra bacon! As seen on the printed sticker on the biscuit, they knew! What I got didn’t have extra bacon, cheese was melted, and biscuit was COLD and hard as a ROCK. Which tells me they took an old biscuit off the heater and took the egg off and re-wrapped it. Really?

The experience was the worst of any fastfood place in town. God for bid you provided the free honest feedback. They are not polite, seem that they don't want to be there at all. Not happy with their job. The server and the night manager were very argumentative. Then when I got home I found missing item. So you can say they stole my money in the drive thru. I will never go their again nor recommend this place. The worst of the worst... I will be reaching out to McDonald's corporate office.

The people are nice and the food is hot and fresh....but my wife and I have traveled around the country and most McDonald's have honored us as Veteran's with a discount to show their appreciation for the men and women who've served our country. Nevertheless I'm proud to have served and wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again if I could but we the people have to patronize the businesses who patronize our armed forces and first responders.

I am so disappointed in this McDonald's. The "manager" would not give us the advertised special, would not give me change, and knew b4 she ever served me that there were potential issues with doing business with anyone. She absolutely did not care. Taking into consideration the current pandemic I cannot think of any good reason for this employee to flat out lie. I doubt very seriously she was as she said "the manager". This happened on the next day Sunday so don't blame the Saturday crew. We ate there that day without issue.
