Krazy Pizza messed up an entire order that I placed online through Cape Fear Delivery today. The total charges were $46.04. I received no food and no refund. I was told by Krazy Pizza to call the delivery service. The delivery service will not answer phone calls or emails inquiring about my refund and their mailbox is full for voicemails. Krazy Pizza refused to refund my money also. I essentially gave these companies 46 bucks today for nothing! Terrible customer service from both businesses! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

We placed an order with Cape Fear Delivery and were missing an entire meal. On top of being charged for the meal we were also charged taxes , fees etc. on meal order. We called the restaurant they had no knowledge of the missing meal. This meal is clearly on the order history from Cape Fear and when we call this company the mail box is full. This is such a total rip off. I guess we will keep calling until they check there messages and clear their mailbox. We want our money back. Not keeping up with your messages as a business is a clear indication of being completely unprofessional.

Placed an order at 8:15 AM, someone from Cape Fear Delivery called 45 mins later to inform me that their system had a glitch and couldn’t process my order. A nice lady called to retake my order since they had to switch restaurants to a different location and that location had a different menu, which ended up costing $10 extra than my original order, but with less food. But the order was confirmed and I had another wait time of 30 minutes. No big deal, I was just ready to eat and glad everything got taken care of finally. However, I got another call over TWENTY MINUTES later saying that my order had to be cancelled because the restaurant had stopped taking orders. Waited over two hours for breakfast that never came and experienced so much hassle on what was supposed to be a stress-free vacation. Never trying delivery through Cape Fear Delivery again.

We just used Cape Fear Delivery for the first time. I was really surprised and now sorry we never tried them sooner! Our driver kept us well-informed, the food arrived timely and nice and hot. The fees are less than GrubHub or DoorDash which is great because I'd rather use that money to tip the driver. Will be using Cape Fear Delivery often in the future!

Ordered food 40 minutes in advance only to show up to the restaurant and they didn't even have the order put in. It was past the pickup time and now we have to wait another 30 minutes. Tried to chat with "customer service" and it was the most unhelpful conversation I've ever had. All I asked for was the exorbitant $9 service fee back since this inconvenienced me. Do not use this service if you're hungry and want your food in a timely manner. And you should probably hire someone more professional to chat with customers.

Chris A was fantastic when delivering my food! My car broke down last week and I have been using Uber eats! I was pleasantly surprised when a friend recommended Cape fear delivery. They are definitely more affordable and their delivery drivers go above and beyond to make sure you get your food while it’s still hot. Not to mention if you’re like me and have complicated orders, cape fear employees will go the extra step to make sure it’s right the first time! Needless to say I will never be using Ubereats again !!

I order from CapeFear delivery all the time ! I have not once had a bad experience! My last delivery driver honestly exceeded my expectations! He was super courteous, professional, and went out of his way to put a smile on my face! Not to mention my food was piping hot & delivered in no time! Having someone who truly seems happy and enthusiastic when it comes to their job makes a world of difference! I will definitely be recommending Cape fear delivery to all my friends and family! & I hope the next time I need food to be delivered Chris is available!!

Ordered with Cape Fear Delivery a few times and it's honestly hit or miss. First problem was with a credit when you "buy" their service, never got the credit. Second was when we ordered from Texas Roadhouse, they were out of yeast rolls and the driver said we would get a credit, again no credit. Tonight we ordered again from Texas Roadhouse, the driver called us and said they are not taking orders, really? We called Texas Roadhouse and spoke with a manager who said that yes they are busy, but not refusing orders. When we called Cape Fear Delivery, even though the recording says they are open to help, 7:45 on a Saturday night, it goes to a voicemail that is full. Overall this company is in desperate need of working through its growing pains. Order at your own risk or just Door Dash it!
