Paid 32 dollars for the worst KFC I've ever had at the market street location. Will never go there again. In the future when my family wants fried chicken ill go to Public or Popeyes . Employees to busy on their phones and not caring about the quality of the product they are serving.

I go here practically everyday for lunch and 9 out of 10 times I am very satisfied 🙂 The manager is very nice and deserves a raise 😁

Food is pretty good, as always. I mean, KFC is KFC. Staff didn't have much of a welcoming attitude & the cashier was actually having a personal conversation on a cell phone while she took my order when I was there the time before. Twice in a row, haven't gotten a side I requested. So, double check your order before you leave to make sure you got everything. Atmosphere was mostly clean. A bit of trash around the drink dispenser & sticky counter. Overall, going to go back because it's the closest KFC to me & I'm not always down for Bo-time.

I use to think this location had really bad customer service and I use drag going there. I would crave KFC and hate going there because all the people there suck. But when they changed the management and all the staff, their customer service is so much better now!!! Top tier service with top tier staff!!! Every time I’ve gone since then, has been a great experience every single time!!! Thanks for making it so easy and enjoyable to go there! 10/10 Going to other KFCs around Wilmington makes me appreciate this location so much!!

I was called to bring some one lunch ...who couldn't leave their office. Food was hot, freshly cooked,smelled good. I believed it met the anticipation of having a hot lunch

Wanted KFC for months and finally decided to go. Went through the drive thru and the person who helped us was very nice and patient because we couldn't decide what we wanted. They got our order spot on and even gave us four cookies even tho we only ordered two! Love what yall are doing, thank you!
