Takumi

My son and I took my parents here for Mother's day. The staff sat us as soon as we walked in and got us all drinks. The menu offers everything you would want and more. Everything was perfect. The sushi chef allowed my son to watch him which was very cool. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be back. Extremely tasty and pleasant. We all loved Takumi.

Not impressed with Customer Service or Food. We arrived shortly before 9pm. As we walked to the door an employee was in the lobby area and saw us coming, walked in the door and didn't hold it open. We were literally one step behind him. 🚩 Then we sit down and was immediately pressed to take the order 🚩, although the signage states they close at 10pm, they said they stop taking orders at 9:15pm🚩. After placing my order, my drinks & food arrived almost immediately🚩. After taking one bite, I was asked if everything was ok. About 6 bites later, they handed us the check and a to go box. It's exactly 9:21pm🚩. They were shutting down the lights and everything by 9:25pm🚩. I've ordered delivery from this restaurant all throughout the shut down. I was really hoping to start going to dine in, but after this experience - I won't spend another penny at this place. I didn't want my date to leave a tip although he did anyway. Not a good vibe or atmosphere. 👎👎

Worst experience with food as well as senior staff member. I have been here multiple times but the last visit, food was horrible. Coming to the staff, while checking out, she demanded 20% tip saying that, if there are 6+ people they charge this. I was shocked and the funny thing was we were 4 adult 1 kid and 1 infant 👶. Infant was in the car seat and placed in a chair next to us. When I argued with her that we are still only 5, she said that they count it based on the number of chairs we used. The way she spoke was totally unfair and disrespectful. I will never visit this place again
