Restaurant is dated (of course that's part of Friendly's charm). But service was great, food was very good. Definitely worth the price paid. Great for kids, and good for relaxed adults who enjoy ice cream at the end of their meals!

It was all good until I saw an employee come out the back rubbing his nose and go back in the back didn't want my food anymore. The staff was friendly and my milkshake was good again until I saw what I saw but I was already drinking that and a different employee made it so I🤞🏽 and finished it. My friend ate my food so it didn't go to waste but my money didn't.

Just left from there. Came in with my son and daughter who is in a wheelchair. We were sat in the back which is fine but were never acknowledged or approached by any staff. Four servers walked past our area and there were only about 7 tables sat so they can’t say they were busy. I walked out with my family after 20 minutes of just sitting with two hungry kids. Friendly’s is one of my daughters favorite places to go but never again will we return.

Ordered drinks and two small sundaes. After getting the drinks waitress never checked on us. Waited 50 minutes before getting the check for the drinks and leaving. As we are heading to pay miraculously the ice cream was ready, how long was it sitting waiting to get picked up?
It was late, kids were tired we declined to take them to go. Surprised they actually charged for 4 drinks after that, but just wanted to get home so paid and left.

Today 7/8/22 makes the second time I was told you could not be served. Their excuse tonight was “we stop seating and serving at 8:30p, while the hours on the store front state 9p. Two weeks ago I was told it was due to short staff, that myself and my colleagues were being refused service. It’s a shame that in this current economic crisis restaurants refuse good American money.

All the staff were pleasant. However, our waitress, Gerry, was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and prompt. Lovely service.

The waitress we had was excellent. Very nice friendly and professional. The salads were very good.

Steaming hot food. Spotlessly clean too! We had a nice, leisurely meal and never felt rushed. Our server Gerry checked on us frequently, and acquainted us with the area as we were visiting there for the first time. We had a good time!
