I’m so impressed, my first time trying Jamba Juice. I had a Mega Mango smoothie which is plant based and very delicious. The staff present today were wonderful and assisted us with the best service. I’m glad I tried it today and so thankful to the staff for there excellent service! This smoothie will have me coming back. A must try!

Just another bad review for a store that probably shouldn’t even be operating at this point. Chris, who works on weekends and is usually unpleasant anyway, decided to freestyle my smoothie this evening. He put banana in a smoothie without that listed as an ingredient. The problem is I’m allergic to bananas, and if it weren’t for MY awareness of what the smoothie should smell/taste like, I could have died. Chris refused to give me his name after bringing this matter to his attention, and I had to get his name from another employee. I also was not issued a refund which I find despicable. Unless you’re trying to end your life via allergic reaction, don’t go here. Jamba Juice itself isn’t the problem, but this location isn’t worth it.
Edited 1 week later: after the promise of a refund and a call back from upper management within 72 hours last Tuesday, I have yet to receive either. Thankfully the Christiana Mall location is much more respectful and accurate with their service.

The girl working on 3/21/22 was super rude and was outside talking to someone while I was waiting for my mobile that I got 20 mins after the time it was scheduled. The lady working when I walked it asked if I had a mobile order and I said yes and she told me I needed to wait until the girl outside was done talking. When the girl came in I let her take the persons order who has also been waiting and then when she asked me if I was ready to order she said “you could have said some thing instead of just standing there.” I don’t think I should have to tell her when it was already 20 mins late and another employee was already informed.

I ordered 2 smoothies, one should be pineapple and it’s mostly milky ice. They have only two people working and they’re not mixing the smoothie correctly. The other smoothie is strawberry, it’s pink and a lot of ice. I’m sorry to say don’t go to this location yet because they’re just not ready. After more training and practice you may get something better than I got.

The service was okay up until I got my smoothie bowl. First off the smoothie only filled a quarter of the bowl so I asked if they changed the measurements for making the bowls and the lady with black short hair and glasses told me they only fill the stuff up to the line. So I get in my car and start to eat my smoothie bowl when I realize all the smoothie in my bowl is frozen. So I walk back in there and asked can it be remade the right way because I never had my smoothie bowl frozen and only filled up a little bit. The SAME lady took the bowl from my hand and threw it out mean while doing it all with an attitude in front of other customers. So I told her she didn’t have to an attitude and she claims she didn’t but when I looked at her, her face said it all. I told her I wanted it made correctly. And the other girl made it correctly and had a better attitude but I will not be coming back to jumba juice on 202!

Excellent service. They greet you at the door every time. They strive to please the customer. I highly recommend this place. Really good smoothies mmmm

As much as I dislike to say this but this place is poorly operated. A couple of times I walked in, I felt like I wasn’t welcomed. No one looked at me or greeted me and it took 10 minutes for me to be waited on and I was the only one in the shop. Every time I ask for an orange juice they never have any oranges or their juicer machine is broken. The workers here are immature, are always goofing off and don’t really have much knowledge about an item. Corporate should really get involved and know about these things. I will not be returning.

I ordered an açaí bowls d paid almost $12 to receive a small cup with watery açaí, the strawberries weren’t fresh and messed up the whole flavor of the açaí. When I asked for my bowl
Someone screamed from the other side of the counter “we don’t have any bowls” rude. I would never go back and waste my money. I drove 15 mins on my lunch break just to waste my money and time
