Dunkin'

This location on my way to work and I have my breakfast almost every day lately non of my order correct. Sometimes charges more or wrong order and when I let them know about my order is wrong or you guys extra charge, they never fixed the problem always look and wants you to accept their fault and leave,

I notified the counter person that someone had spilled soda or something right in front of the door to enter the establishment. And I've been sitting here for about 10-15 min. Enjoying my food and beverage. Watching people struggle trying to get into the building. If someone is a wheelchair they're going to have sticky hands cuz they're going to go right through it with the wheels and not only that if you have a large order in your hands now you got to finagle the door and not stepping in the puddle of whatever it is in front of the door.

UPDATE - 8/30/21, I hate that I have to write this, but something has changed at this Dunks. This was my favorite Dunks. They were the best, were. The last 5 visits to this store I have not been able to use my DD app. The woman at the window told me they have been having trouble with it ever since they upgraded something. Today I asked to speak with a manager, someone came to the window who I am guessing is not a manager and gave me all kinds of attitude telling me there was nothing she could do about this problem. Just to be clear, I have no problems at other locations. I go here every morning and spend $10+, I guess they don't want my $60 a week! Then, to top it all off... my avocado toast box (see picture) had almost as much avocado spread on the outside. WHAT HAPPENED??? Somebody actually handed me that box. Seriously? It was all over the bag and my egg wraps too. I love Dunks, but this location lost a customer. Hey, what can I say about Dunkin Donuts? Ed runs on Dunkin Donuts.
