Max & Erma's

My first choice of meal was out of stock, as was my mother's first choice of side. Many people around us were being told they did not have the food they wanted. This is all with an even going on at the Roberts Centre, so it's hard to believe that they would be so unprepared with knowledge that people would come. They only had what appeared to be 2 servers working with a full resturaunt. I ordered a sweet tea, which I could barely get through as it tasted like wax. My side salad had no cheese, and the chicken breast I ended up getting where abysmally small. The photo below shows my mother's sandwich, tiny, and very dry. I would only eat here if you were trapped in the hotel, and couldn't make it to the McDonalds across the street.

We were a group of six and had the Knockout Nachos to start. They were INCREDIBLE!!! Practically each chip was loaded with the delicious fresh toppings and there was more than enough for us all. I had a burger that had cherry cola caramelized onion, onions rings, cheddar, bacon, and cherry cola bbq sauce. I just wish the gluten free bun had lived up to the rest of the burger...it CAN be done...but not in this instance. Overall though it was very good and the bottomless fries certainly sweetened the pot. Lots of unique burger creations to choose from and our table took advantage of many of them! Overall the service could have been a little better...we had to ask for a few things twice and it was not busy. But everyone has a bad day I suppose. Would love to come back here though...quite pleased with dinner overall and would LOVE to try more menu items.

Date and I stopped for dinner we were greeted quickly and seated. The Waitress was quick to take our order and was real nice and checked on us several times during our dinner. we both had the Balsamic Chicken with goat cheese mashed potatoes and asparagus. The food arrived hot and looked good, the food tasted good but the only complain I have is the chicken was dry. Rest rooms and restaurant were very clean. Will eat here again.
