Cook-out

Ordered a cookout style burger (chili, slaw, mustard, onion) asked for no onion or mustard. Instead, I get a burger with; cheese, lettuce, pickles, mustard, and ketchup. Entirely wrong wrong burger, truck was off and I used proper annunciation to get the order correct and was still wrong. Got the fries and onion rings correct so they heard that. Just didn't want to make or click the right burger. Highly disappointed and never coming here again. Worst cookout experience I've ever had and that's saying something. I mean, if it was at least the burger I ordered but had mustard and onion on it I would totally understand. To top it all off why the heck do I have a shake straw instead of a regular straw? Finally got the right straws for a thick shake but can't get enough regular ones now? I understand supply chain issues but really...

There are like a dozen regional chains in this great nation that people will say "you HAVE to try it." This would be an ideal place to live near if you were in college or enjoy partying. The food is good and the price is cheap. I got a peanutbutter milkshake and it was a really delicious experience for the next hour or so. The burger is solid, I was really impressed with the onions. I ordered a quesadilla as one side, which was pretty good, along with the chicken wrap, which was so-so. I definitely recommend trying out the cheerwine. Packaging etc was also really great, and we didn't wait long for our food. Excellent location.

After waiting for hours at emergency the cookout was about the only place open. We were told the food was (edible) this should have been the first clue. The bbq sandwich had so much vinegar on it my friend couldn’t eat it. I got the cheddar burger 3 times the girl asked I wanted chili 3 times I told her no. Got home there was so much chili on it the whole thing was mush! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I usually go to the walk up and order. Last night I went through the drive thru around 1 am. I ordered 2 of the burger trays. Everything I ordered was made exactly the way I ordered it with one exception; they put cheese on one of the burgers that was only supposed to have pickles and mustard. I did not ask for cheese, but I got charged for it and received it. The meat did not look fully cooked but I want expecting much from the only decent drive thru restaurant open in town at the time.

Ordered a spicy chicken tray with cheese lettuce, tomato and mayo on it with seasoned fries and hushpuppies and a oreo mint shake. Got my order with a dry sandwich only cheese on it with chicken nuggets and fries and a regular oreo shake. Took the order back up about the side items young lady at the walk up window was very rude. Was at the walk up window with her mask around her neck taking and passing out orders. Seemed she was having or had a bad day. We were given the milkshakes with ice cream all outside the cup, asked for napkins ,that seem to be an inconvenience for her. Ketchup packets were so sticky we could not use. Got my hushpuppies that took a while to get. By the time I opened my sandwich I was just frustrated and said forget it. This is the worse experience I have ever had at a cookout. The food is usually served quick hot and fresh. Very disappointed with the food and service!!!!

I like going here once in a while. I really like the chicken quesadilla and chicken wrap. I wish the parking lot was a bit bigger. 12/16/21 Haven’t had cookout for a long time. Food is about the same as I remember. Right now, they’re doing some renovations so dine in isn’t available. Parking is still a pain.
