The Creamery Family Restaurant

Ordered 2 egg breakfast with tenderloin and grits, only got 1 egg on both mine and husband's plates. Order sides of smoked sausage over 20 minutes ago for both me and husband STILL WAITING!!!! NEVER COMING BACK. They are NOT busy or short handed, they talking having personal visitors and playing! What has happened to this place? To add since they want to comment with non factual information, yes after waiting even more time we asked for refund and what was given to us was NOT the smoked sausage we ordered but COLD link sausage. I had no complaint about pregnant girl she at least was attempting to work and obviously was one that needed a break. Don't respond to a customer with lies. In less than an hour we witnessed more than 5 customers besides ourselves call and/or come back even through their drive thru because of inaccurate orders or missing items. My review is to serve as a warning to others who are not aware that this once upon a time venue is far from worth going to anymore and well obviously good reasons why they were so very slow with business. Love they proved their incompetence by responding by basically blaming us customers for their sorry service. And additionally sorry for hurting feelings but others have a right to know. And if the overcharge remains on my account I will have my bank investigate and file charges. Don't worry I have both original receipt and proof of refund because I don't need to screw anyone over.

Ordered the hamburger steak, fried okra and potato salad. Please learn to fry. The grease was dripping off the okra...just soft and squishy not crunchy. Hamburger steak was way overcooked. Gravy tasted like it was poured out of a box. Absolutely no flavor. Potato salad scooped out of a box. With a name like the creamery they serve Hershey's ice cream. There are other top notch restaurants in the area. There is no reason for the creamery to serve a meal like this. I love all kinds of food and I don't have time for these reviews but I felt like it was a must ..you have been warned. I will never eat there again.

We received top-notch service from Tyler at the register and Jahkise who served our food. We really appreciated Lizzy's friendly attitude while she checked on us several times. Our hot dogs and French fries were very good (served piping hot and fresh). My husband ordered a chocolate milkshake that was made with real chocolate ice cream. We had a really good experience. We will return.

The food was okay, nothing special but it wasn't bad. When we were ordering the staff seemed...indifferent...to what they were doing. Teenagers who seemed VERY preoccupied with their phones up front and in the kitchen and not terribly well organized. After we'd eaten we decided to get ice cream. The young lady took our order and then asked one of the other workers to fill it (two small cups of ice cream). The girl who was asked to fill it was then asked by someone in the kitchen to help with something. She got flustered and then asked a third girl to fill our order. They filled the cups and then set them down and took off to do something at the drive through, then she came back to take other orders and then gave those folks their orders while ours were sitting at the counter. She finally came back and gave my sons their ice cream. The entire process took 10 minutes, 10 minutes in which they served other people after us. Then another gentleman came in and had to wait 7 minutes to get his order. Also, breakfast is served to 12AM it says on the menu. Which means it's served all day, but they really stop at 12 pm. I wish management would read the reviews since the service issue seems to be a common theme.
