Wayback Burgers

Good service. Pretty quickly too. Answered phone on 2nd ring to confirm holiday hours. Had access to outlets so we could recharge while we ate! (Very important with teens). Fresh food! 4 stars bc I would have preferred a thicker patty but overall great value. Milkshakes were delish! We will go again.

My first experience at Wayback Burgers was enjoyable. My family and I dined here on a Friday evening. Upon entering I noticed that the place was clean and tables seemed wiped down. The lady that took our order was very friendly. She also checked on us throughout our meal to ask if everything was OK and I appreciated that. She also asked other patrons the same and did a great job being observant and present; her customer service was A1. Our order was brought to our table by one of the friendly cook's and our order was accurate. I like the taste of their cooked to order burgers and fries, my son and boyfriend does as well. It was not overly busy but it was steady and thankfully we didn't have to wait too long before our order of 3 combos were ready. We were given a coupon to use on our next visit which I fully intend on using because we will be back to visit this location. The best burger I've ever had!! Not heavy on the stomach, but so full of all the things you love to get on your burger!! Today I had the double bacon burger with everything on it, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese,katchup and mustard, and pickles. With a side of fries and a drink!! I was completely satisfied with both the food and the helpful service!! I will most definitely be back again this weekend!!

So today I decided to giev Wayback another visit. There burger are pretty good and old fashioned. So as I was putting my order in they have there build your own burger . I went to ask for the Classic no tomatoes or onions . As I asked for my fries I made a request if I could get the cheese sauce instead on that shredded sauce just because when it gets to me the cheese is not even melted. So the cashier went to say that was impossible because that was only on certain things. I asked her that I didn't mind paying extra and she still declined . So on top of that I get my bacon and cheese fries it had few pieces of bacon. It's sad that you cab build a burger and do add-ons on it but can't do that on your own fries 😢 😕 sad.
