Mcdonald's

We had a group of 6. We were greeted as we walked into the lobby at 9:14pm by a worker who said" I just want you to know we will be closing the lobby in 30 minutes...in 30 minutes,just want you to know that". That's is not the way to greet your guest. Especially, with the tone and attitude that she said it. Also, the worker apparently can't tell time because the lobby did not actually close untill 10:00pm. Bad attitude, sorry customer service and a lack of courtesy is what we experienced.

Ordered at drive thru and asked to park in front and my order would be brought to my vehicle. 10 MINUTES LATER I walked in and asked where my order was and someone yelled to the grill cook "I need a plain double cheese burger now ". That tells me that no one ever thought again about my order I sat in front of the restaurant for. When I walked in to inquire about it, there were about 4 employees just standing around. I mean, how hard is it to get a burger? I'm sure they blamed it on COVID

HANDS DOWN WORST MC.DONALDS EVER !!!!! The employees ALWAYS have an attitude at the drive thru and the window. They would hand me 4 drinks without a drink tray through the window once I request a drink tray they roll their eyes and gives me the tray with anger/attitude and EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to place my order no matter if it's a Item that is cooked when ordered or just a regular cheeseburger with fries they always get me to pull to the front door then takes them up to 15/20 min just to bring me my order and I can't not count how many times they have left items off my order. I would give them 0 stars if I could! Very Unsatisfied!

I drove through their drive-thru around 6 p.m. on a weekday. There was one car in front of me, and no one behind me. After a minute or two no one took my order so I drove up to the window to place my order. It look like they were exchanging money out of the drawer. I ordered a buttermilk crispy chicken biscuit and a large sweet tea. This what I received. Dry, gristly, and inedible. Look like something they found behind the dumpster.

Ordered through the app for curbside pick up. Sat in the spot for 45 minutes and no food. Went in and every employee there was useless. Left and called only to speak to someone claiming to be a manager, who refused a refund. I can drive an equal distance in any direction and get better service at a different McDonald’s location in Wilson. I’d recommend everyone else do the same, because this one is pretty sad.
