Wendy's

I'm on the edge with this place it's not consistent service here from the cashier down to the cook. I love Wendy's but cold food really that should never happen no one wants to pay for or eat cold food. I've come here and toss my food in the trash for wrong order, cold food, drove off due to bad service. It's not the money it's the service for me. I hope they figure things out here. When it's good it's good but when it's bad ugh.

Horrible service—rude and rushed while ordering. There was NO one there and they still made me feel rushed. I never eat at Wendy’s so I was trying to find the kids menu. The food was COLD. The girl at the window just snatched my card from me, didn’t have any customer service skills whatsoever. Didn’t say one word to me. Got to the second window and they didn’t say anything either just gave me my cold food and closed the window? I’m literally never rude to anyone so it’s that I was being rude. So unnecessary and reminded me why I don’t eat at Wendy’s.

I Say this with love and be done. My few items was short bc of out of stock items which is kewl like if you ordered sour cream and chives butter and you drive three miles away just to find out you have dry tate tate really have me underies in a sour bunch!. I really feel that a reputable company should be transparent and a customer should be understanding. With gas close to 4 bucks a gallon I wouldn't have think Wendy's would make me feel like "OH JUST THROW THAT IN THE BAG THEY DRIVE TO FAR FOR THEM TO COME BACK ANYWAYS"! Over 30 years I've been a customer it's time to make some changes and control my own dollar. Thank You Former Customer.

Today made the third strike.... The first time my burger was pink, I took it as they were rushing... Had a long line.... Just an oopsie. Then second time I was mad because that was our dinner, so I ate what I could and continued on... I hated to go back with a complaint because one of the managers is mean and rude. But today.... I have had enough, somebody's gotta do something before someone or some child gets sick from undone food! They gave me a remake of my order, but the manager today wouldn't even face me. Thumbs down!
