Dunkin' Donuts

This was a very unprofessional experience. I went inside stood at the counter for 15 minutes no one came acknowledge me there's cameras and a mirror so that they can see when someone has pulled up to the counter. The girl taking orders was having a conversation with the person and the car apparently it's a regular customer. So I leave go through the drive-thru I sat at the drive-thru machine to place an order for 10 minutes no response no welcome no one took my order. I drove up to the window waited for about 2 minutes for the car in front of me to pull off because that's the guy that the lady who was taking the orders in the window was talking to. She asked me did I place an order and I explained to her how I've been waiting inside and at the machine to place an order she tells me that she was making sure the guy got all his food and the food was correct. Which no she was not doing that because I heard her having a personal conversation while I was at the front counter she didn't know I was standing there and I heard the conversation very very grateful the guy that work for the Mobil gas station apologize to me because he saw me standing there

Was in a vehicle while on a lunch hour. Got tired of waiting and decide to go into the establishment. Still had to wait. Personal busy filling filled up freezers. Meanwhile the paying customer has to wait because there is one person handling the drive thru and the in store customers. Their good for gas But I pump it. And pay for it.

Prettiest girls work at this dunkin... oh my oh my just the sweetest prettiest mostly girl with red in hair. she is just oh so good prettiest girls. best service. they so fast and so happy smile and laughing. They make ME feel so smile and laugh. The best dunkin in the whole world I go here every day love my dunkin girls

I went through the drive through and asked for bagels. They said they only had two multigrain left, which was strange for 11:30am, but I accepted it and moved on to the rest of my order. I get to the window and they take my money and forget about me, coming back asking what I was waiting for, and when I finally got my food the bagels were old and dry, the rollups were burnt and crunchy, and the croissant was overcooked and had spent too much time in the warmer to the point where it tasted like chalk and I couldnt eat more than one bite. I dont know what happened, but I am going to have to go spend more money on something else for breakfast now. Very dissappointed.
