1. I share this favour combination after many many many attempts at finding the perfect flavours. I’ve found them. Chocolate, pistachio, salted caramel, banana milk. You’re welcome 2. I see some reviewers have got a lot of negative things to say about the staff at this establishment. I however, as a frequent visitor of this incredible ice cream store have nothing but good things to say. Yes, the young women when under the pump, can be closed mouthed. However, I’m my frequent experience, some effort from the customer at asking how their day has been and visiting the store when there is not a queue winding down the street, you will find that these girls are extremely friendly and very personable. Give them a break. These gorgeous young women work very long hours doing extremely physical and repetitive work. Also many customers are annoying. Do yourself a favour, do NOT ask for a tester, (they don’t test) every flavour is incredible. The best you’ve ever tasted. Trust this fact. If you don’t know what good sorbet, ice cream and or gelato tastes like, and you can’t buy before you try, maybe don’t come here. There’s another store down the street that test. It’s inferior ice cream, but you get to test. If you’re a sensitive soul, try to visit during the quieter hours and ask the girls how they are enjoying Melbourne. Most of them have been quite isolated during Covid, a long way away from their families. I give the Pidapipo, the ice cream, and these young women five stars. Be kind 💗

Really disappointed with the Windsor store. I love Pidapipo and their gelato, but this is the second time I have ordered Uber eats and they have got the order wrong both times. The second time we drove down there because they didn’t put in any cones, Nutella or whipped cream like we ordered, just delivered the ice cream and called that good??? When we got there they said oh we don’t actually have any cones left and the Nutella is packed up for the night. Well then why didn’t you cancel the order if you couldn’t fulfil it??? The order the first time was lemon sorbet and vanilla honeycomb. We got coconut (which I’m allergic to) and vanilla honeycomb. The second time we ordered vanilla honeycomb, hazelnut and salted caramel. We got salted caramel, some banana honeycomb flavour and the hazelnut. This really needs to be improved. Really bad on their end - especially since the name brand of the store has such a great reputation. We won’t be going to this store again.
