Red Rooster

I went through drive-thru around 4pm on Friday 03/06 and ordered 6 Reds Hot Fried Chicken. I asked the lady who took my order if I could have thigh meat as I don’t like breast meat, I find it too dry. She was extremely accommodating and very friendly. When I received my order, the smell was incredible and the taste was divine! It’s been a very long time since I’ve had spicy chicken that’s actually spicy! It was so crispy and the Reds Hot Sauce was delicious! Just thinking about it makes me want to order some now! Thank you for the fresh and delicious food and a very pleasant experience.

Worst drive through I’ve ever experienced. At least 15minutes waiting at the speaker before someone took my order. Cars behind me were parking (as drive through not moving at all) and getting service inside store before drive through. I can only assume poor training of staff. Won’t go back here again.

I don't normally complain - but I ordered chips and a coke zero and they were the most stale, cold, depressed looking chips I've ever had. I was given a normal, sugary coke and couldn't change it because it was menulog delivered. That's the last time I waste money at this restaurant. Thanks for the drink that I had to throw out.

I use to love red rooster the food was excellent and tasty however changing the menu and taking things off is a real shame. When I was at Windsor I ordered some food after work and the kind lady needed to get change however she left the till wide open to get it. I feel like you need to train your staff that someone could just reach over and steal your money and run off I was quite shocked that she had done that. Anything could happen at any time
