Tim Hortons

Everytime I come here and order my tea and coffee the tea is always cold and the staff seem to have a real serious issue with hearting it up Honestly believe that they only make one pot and leave it sit untill it all sells It's literally hitting to the point that I buy coffee in Bridgewater and drive down there with it so I don't have to heat up a fresh bought tea at the needs convenience attached to Tim Hortons What ever happened to the times when they used to make stuff fresh every 20 min

Great donuts. Don't think for a second that going inside to place your order will be quicker than lining up at the drive through. I was the only customer inside and was totally ignored because of how busy they were at the drive through. Doesn't make alot of sense to me but this is how they were operating.

I find the only good worker here is Gina... she's excellent. She's never messed up an order and even offered to fix an order an older woman messed up and apologized for her rudeness. Yesterday, I stood in line for a solid 10 minutes waiting while a worker made one single tea (why it took this long is beyond my knowledge) he messed up my ice cap, no mocha, didn't put mocha on the top and did after I reminded him, and on top of that I found a nice hair on the whipped cream... yeah. Gina is the only reason I still go here. Someone give her a management position.
