Roast 'n Toast Family Diner

This is already by far my favourite breakfast in Windsor I still have yet to try their dinner but I have been going here for years. Food is absolutely delicious!!!!! Their home fries is what makes this place so unique. Can’t find better elsewhere! Had to share this amazing customer service I just got with their friendly staff. I just placed an order on skip the dishes and put it in at a reasonable time and skip gave me the driver right away but it wasn’t changing and it still said 30 minutes for order when I placed it a long time ago. I figured it was just skip but roast n toast went out of their way to give me a call and let me know that they were having difficulties with the driver as it did not update so they would try to get me a new driver to deliver this food. She apologized even though it wasn’t her fault and let me know that she will remake it when they find a new driver. Meanwhile they closed in 15 minutes and the app still said 30. The staff is always soooo friendly, goes above and beyond and remade my food, talked to skip to get me a new driver to deliver it, STAYED past the closing time :( and on top of that gave me a 6 pack of raisin and pecan tarts when I received my order just for the inconvenience of not their fault but skips. I appreciate this so much and this is great customer service. You guys are the best!!!!! Thank you.

I absolutely love this place. Went her for the first time this morning. The staff are beyond welcoming, friendly and attentive. Any place that has great coffee with constant refills wins brownie points for me any day. I had traditional breakfast where the sausage was cooked very well. The pricing of food you can’t beat. Will come back again !

This place is a bit on the cozy side, so make sure you time your visit accordingly. Nice and clean and well laid out. The service was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! The restaurant was full when we arrived, so as expected we had a bit of extended wait on food. When it came, it was perfectly cooked hot and with generous portions, presented well. A great little place to get an omelette and a coffee on a weekend morning. Highly recommended.
