Nuburger

Went in with some of my friends for a little birthday gathering. Upon arrival, they asked for proof of vaccination as expected. There were about 8 of us so we settled on the high chairs. We had a little mishap with our food; orders being mixed up and some of us not getting our food but they apologised and made us comfortable. I had the delicious and tasty cheddar. This gets a 4 star because the meat wasn't seasoned as I would have liked. I could taste the grill and meat but there wasn't much salt or seasoning at all and my friends said the same too. They said they got extra sauces for this reason, to mask the lack of seasoning. However, my friends who had the chicken and vegetarian falafel burgers enjoyed theirs so I assume they were better seasoned. Overall, there is room for improvement.

Delicious, as always! I've liked every single burger I've tried from here, and don't even get me started on the Curry Salt option on the fries (seriously try it- it will change your life!!) The staff at this location are so friendly and personable. I love that they use so many Manitoba-made products/ingredients; and the prices are reasonable too. Nothing to complain about! In my opinion this might be the best burger joint in the city!

Is it polite to lick the plate in a burger joint? There's a reason this place is top rated. The burgers are INCREDIBLE! My partner had a North Flag (beef burger) and he called it life changing. I had the chickpea patty on The Mack as a bowl (no bacon) and it was sooooo good. Literally the best veggie burger I've ever ever had (and I've had every veggie burger you can imagine). It's also gluten free in either the bowl or on their gluten free low carb bun. Seriously don't pass this one by.

Nuburger is just down the block from me so I have eaten here many times. Everytime they have consistent quality(top notch burgs) I usually get my burger as a salad and it's so filling, some places just do a lettuce wrap but here it's much more. My guy loves them frriiiess. They have lots of good dip for fries too.

*Review from a former employee* The way they run this place is extremely risky. I got cut daily when I worked there in these dangerous conditions. They barely gave me adequate work hours and when I did come in, I was expected to wash hundreds of dirty dishes alone. The management is poor and not adequate. The genius owner once dropped 20 litres ( or more ) of apple cider vinegar and I was expected to clean the mess. It was spilled in the basement and the smell went through my head Quick, it was disgusting. Never working here or any kitchen place.
