Great food, interesting atmosphere. They redecorated since last year. Prices went up since the pandemic started, but that's to be expected. Was about $36 for 2 large dinners.
They check proof of vaccination and ID prior to seating guests. Tables are spaced out but no dividers between them. Open high ceilings.

Google pho places in Winnipeg and a bunch came up. I pick this one as it's nearby, good review , good parking and lots of reviews. I must say for such a small town it had an Excellent selection and the pho was pretty good. The soup tasted like it's been simmering all day. I got the combination with extra meat plus a Vietnamese coffee which was freshly made on the table. Definitely recommended and would go back for a quick bite. The bowl was about $11.00.

I've been to this place many times. The staff is courteous, food is delicious and the decor is great too. Definitely a place you can bring a date to, have a business meeting or even just have a casual hang out with friends. Highly recommended!

Love the decor. The soup is always good here. I always get the shrimp, this time I got the shrimp udon. The broth is flavourful and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The bubble tea is also quite good here.

Excellent and delicious food. Always fresh and hot. The food never seems to disappoint me. Nice and kind employees.

Dined in Pho Hoang yesterday. The Pho was good made with quality ingredients, we'll trimmed meat and a reasonably priced menu. Service was okay, had to get up and get my own water a few times or bug a waitress for more water then had to wait in line behind skip drivers to pay my bill which I had to get myself as well.
