Dal's Family Restaurant

The food was ridiculously great!! We absolutely enjoyed our meal! It came as a great reccommendation from some friends that live in Transcona, and it was definitely worth the trip! Their pizza was amazing, perfect crust, great toppings! The burger, well, just look at it! It was delicious!! We will definitely be back here to have a meal!

I’ve heard about Dal’s for several years and have even sampled their famous fried chicken (hand delivered to Ottawa). That said - the opportunity to visit and try first-hand , was something I didn’t want to miss. It didn’t disappoint. This unassuming place has wonderful service and the fried chicken is a must have! My friend also enjoyed his pickerel! On my next trip to Winnipeg, I’ll pay another visit to Dal’s and try the pizza!

Great dining experience in this Transcona staple. We started with the red chili wings from the appetizer menu - perfectly done. We then had two 9 inch pizzas for our main course - Polynesian and Greek pizzas. Lots of toppings - really loved the amount of black olives on the Greek pizza. The bacon was thinly sliced to get a nice crisp topping on the Polynesian pizza. We have eaten at Dal's several times and always enjoyed the food. The servers are attentive and the ambiance is nice as well. We will definitely go again.

Great food & great service. I don't live in Winnipeg anymore, but I always really enjoy this place when I visit. I'm also not a huge fan of thin crust pizza, but this place does it so well. I highly recommend that you try it if you haven't already been. They were also very good with my son who's 3 years old.
